I personally find that aside from having the correct airplane configuration, it is valuable to know more about the distinct airline's procedures, e.g. exterior light policy, cost index, special procedures, etc. That information is usually much harder to obtain.

On a related note, by clicking on this link > http://bit.ly/18Rh3H7 < you will find quite a few images from the flight deck of FedEx B77F, M11F and B75F. Quite a rarity I'd say. The photog appears to be a pilot for the airline.

Hi all, I may have missed this, but I'd really to know if (and possibly to what extent) crew communications are modeled on the B777. I just finished watching the JustPlanes Air Canada Polar Route and on final approach into VHHH, you could hear a characteristic 'ding' sound in the cockpit which was the flight attendant reporting the cabin in ready for landing condition. Is that simulated? On the DA Fokker 70/100 I really liked how you could tell the cabin to prepare for T/O and LDG and 'they' (well, the simulation) would, hopefully in time, report back to you. The Level-D 767 had similar features - e.g. a call from the flight attendant when the cabin was ready for pushback after the door had been closed. Many thanks!

Usual advice: Turn down LOD, disable unused sceneries, use lower texture resolution. Is it possible that you are using FSDT's CYVR?

Just push the yoke down and advance the throttles. or Pull the yoke up and reduce the throttles. That should get it done... :ph34r:

Well, so far all PMDG addons (except for the J41, I assume?) have had a 2D panel. The 777 is the first one to only have a VC. Quite a new situation, I would say. Although this was known before, now that it is released, I've read quite a few posts from people who would, at least, occasionally use the 2D panel.

Would have loved to see a 777 2D panel. The 737 one is a true artistic masterpiece. Good thing I care more for the ´37 than I do for the Tripple 7.

I'd say USD 90 is a fair price for what is offered, and yet USD 90 is a lot of money (especially outside the Western hemisphere). It's nice to know you can afford to pay that price easily -- but it wouldn't hurt to acknowledge somebody else maybe can't.
