To turn on the approch lights at DAY in FOGGY weather or other kind of low visibility, tune in both NAV's ( NAV2 ) and use ILS for auto landing. Use frequences listed below for each runways... " Turns out that you find pilot controlled lights in real life also.. google ARCAL/PAL
  5. Real life.. ofc not. Now this question was about p3d. Since quite a few airports for fsx functions this way, don't you think it could be valid to suggest the same thing was valid for their p3d counterpart?

  9. Anyone else experiencing that the shadow 'draw' distance sometimes seems very short? Not sure if it's clear or not but if you have clouds in distance, then their shadow has a clear line, where they start to be shown. Not sure if it's PTA, PTA preset or just something in p3d. I'm using PTA 1.4 on p3d v3.3.5 Thanks for an nice program yuri.

  11. Ah.. Could explain (inaccurate I know) flightradar data showing 171 kts at 775 feet and last report at 125 kts at 5xx ft
  12. Isn't there an option in the Airbus configurator which inverts the axes? Is it checked? Does it work without the joystick? Are you sure the joystick isn't sending inputs? (Spikes)
  13. Surely we can agree, that there is an finite amount of resources available? Whether you chose to use it on fsx/p3d or some other game doesn't change that. So, as in my other post, the speed of the gfx card doesn't limit the bandwith of PCIe 2.0, and shouldn't be factored into the considerations... And this is not to say, that he won't have any benefits of the upgrade at all.
  14. As a side note it should be mentioned, that the 9xx series gpus doesn't use all of the bandwith of pcie 2.0(https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Impact-of-PCI-E-Speed-on-Gaming-Performance-518/) The upgrade should be noticeable , but don't expect miracles
  15. Have you tried DSR? I run 2x DSR and then 2x Supersampling in NVI. I don't see any shimmering. Unlike you, unlimited yields the best experience on my system. At least with my current results (I got 970 2 weeks ago)

  19. Sure, it can vary a bit.. But I think you exacerbate the problem a bit.. It varies, and of course there is room for improvement. Vatsim is afaik working on the implementation of something new. Simply not true.. Not sure if troll Nobody will be banned on vatsim for being new Op: Go ahead and jump in, you will never look back
