Did not put a stopwatch on it, but this update loads faster with same number of addons active. 100 mile in the Mooney doing a Skypark contract with unreal weather. Icing is still way overdone approaching comet status without the tail. If something is broken, it's hiding for now.

as of Feb. 16, 2021 9:18AM CST, fly near an addon scenery. Presto, CTD. Nothing to memorize or remember. Instantaneous.

Anyone wish to compare this 737 MAX to the Feelthere Ejets (17X and 19X) for FSX, P3D4? Interior textures and system modeling in particular.TIA

You have the coding behind it but did not buy it. Did you rip-off this 737 MAX? How on earth did you determine 90% of this plane is a rip-off from Asobo/MS? Please, you make a statement like that you need to prove it.

Only freeware version I found is for P3D v4.x and made to work with MegaScenery Earth v3. Please prove me wrong. Pilot's software has always been expensive compared to like kind and quality.

Good answer and to be honest I never thought to look at it that way. I do use the Orbx Libs and SODE to a very minimum degree. I have bought Vancouver for MSFS2020 so will wait for the release of GSX and try it there. We'll go from there. Good luck with the release.

Ah, the dev is here. Is GSX going to be required by all FSDT airports in MSFS2020? That is something that stopped me from purchasing your airports in P3D. I'm sure it's a great addon, but GSX just does not do anything for me.

This might be interesting as I primarily fly the CJ4 with Working Title mod. So the glass PFDs should be very similar. Would like to see more reviews and a video not made by the publisher. But good find. Thx for posting.

You're right, two ultralites is one too many. I bought the Powersolo so I'm partial to that one. I could say the same thing if I had bought the Aerolite 103. I watched videos on both and chose the Popwersolo cuz it looked a lot like the very first WWI fighters and has bigger tires. I'm sure the Aerolite 103 is as nice to fly.

I just moved to eastern Tennessee and found out Xfinity Comcast is now instituting a data cap of 1.2TB per month. From what I understand it's beginning to happen across the US. On January 31st, 2021 I got an email from Xfinity saying I've used 75% of the 1.2TB which normally wouldn't be a worry, but it's the first month of actual usage since we moved and it's just my wife and I using the internet. Only going to get worse. So all of a sudden the rolling cache has become important to me. Different state legislatures are taking notice and debating whether or not to ban internet/cable companies from additional monthly charging given a lot of schooling is taking place online these days. But they could still throttle down the speeds. So yeah, rolling cache is worth figuring out.

Because I'm good at complaining. And I can do it without the hostility that invades your replies. Device hung errors don't affect me cuz after taking a few basic troubleshooting steps and not having them work, I cleaned everything out and started fresh. I fail to see how doing that threatens you or is so much different to the work arounds you profess as gospel. I don't wait for a problem to happen before finding the answer. This particular error is becoming more and more common (in my opinion.) If you don't have it now you will in the future so what's wrong with keeping track of it? But after reading a few pages all I saw was the rehashing of old data that didn't work in the past threads but are somehow expected to work now. I stop by and make 2 posts in the total of 7 pages of replies and you accuse me of wasting everyone's time? Granted reinstalling the OS and flight sim is not the magic talisman users are hoping to find here but it does accomplish two very important things: 1) it stops the hole you're in from getting deeper and 2) it also cleans out all the other garbage you're introduced onto your computer and forgotten about. Fast and efficient. I prefer to fly the simulator not look for ways to fix it. I no longer need to understand the complexities of the device hung error or its many manifestations. Sorry that threatens you but I did not originally quote you or what you said. And unlike you I did not order him to stop replying in an open discussion or tell him what he is permitted to say and how to say it. Is the hostility how you get your point across? I guess it's for the same reason you're here. And I'll state again without complaining, all you or anyone else has offered is a work around. The problem (error) still exists as of today, therefore no solution has been found. And since this is why is it polluting the P3D forum? Isn't this what Hangar Chat is for?

I did. 7 pages, to date, and no solution in this thread. Pick any other thread on this subject over the years and well .... no solution. Over the course of my flight simming life I've had a handful of device hung errors. I've learned that I don't really need to understand the complexities or varied nature of how and why this particular error creeps into my computer. I came here to fly and after a few basic troubleshooting probes I have found the easiest and fastest way to return to flying is to start over from the beginning. Coming up on 2 years, 3 months. Brand new flight simulator (MSFS2020.) I'm probably due.

What solution? If you, or others, had the solution we'd all be dancing the dance of joy and already moved on to complain about something else.Simmers still are having this problem and those that aren't WILL get this problem. All you're really offering is a work around with a very narrow range of success. My work around is to do a fresh install of the OS and flight sim (FSX or P3D over the years.) Given the amount of time I've spent trying to solve this mystery, it is the easiest and fastest way to get back to actually flying. Working smarter, not harder, is not giving up. And I've no doubt my "solution" will help as many others as anybody else's "solution."

Iris PC-24 mentions this in the specs. And a lot cheaper than breaking the real thing. Another unfinished airplane available for P3D.

I open the Camera window in MSFS and then minimize it to the upper left of the screen. When I restore the window I use the mouse to move the slider for zooming. More precise than the mouse wheel. Faster too.
