I have one also and it is ok so long as you hand fly the aircraft. If you do the TO and climb then switch on the AP, when you disengage the AP the trim wheel is out of synch with the aircraft model and you will see a large disagreement when you first touch the wheel.

I wrote about this problem months ago and received many responses. They just couldn't believe it wasn't working. Well, it doesn't and I gave up trying.

I dumped MyTraffic for F1 UT2 and never looked back. Much better GUI, much better aircraft, and reliable. Dunno about FR hit tho. I run traffic at 85% commercial and 40% GA when flying 737 NG. I reverse when flying GA.

I use Zinertek/UTX/GEX etc with no payware airports. I prefer to spend my VAS and frames on ground scenery and complex aircraft like the PMDG 737s. I fly into muni/reg/county airports and avoid places like Manhattan. Besides, there is a wealth of freeware airport enhancements out there at that level that are really great.

Just flew the PMDG 737 in there yesterday, RNAV 09. Looks very nice. No stutters, no hint of an oom. I'm running 4790/970.

Yeah. This was driving me batty. I did find it by stepping through all the .wav files for the Hawker. I'm sorry but I just don't remember which one it was. I haven't flown the Hawker in awhile. I seem to remember that you can make it stop by cycling the speed brakes while taxiing. Try these.

Yes. I hit caps lock when I enter the key. Also put in dashes. Thanks for the idea tho. I also tried keying it into notepad then pasting it into the link. Same result. I used the same key to activate the DVD install and that worked fine. Nothing yet from Aerosoft on my ticket.

Actually I've found great success with bending over at the waist and touching my right big toe with my left hand while simultaneously selecting the aircraft with my right hand wrapped around my neck. Sometimes I get a little flicker but never crashes.

Used to but not anymore. Doesn't work with my 970 card.

Not for me. I'm running Win 8.1, Explorer 11. This is my laptop. Straight stick. No tweaks. Edit: Just tried it again. Now the link claims my serial number is no good.

Thanks Kyle for the quick response. This sure looks right but unfortunately this isn't working for me. I paste in the key number but no matter how fast I do it the page disappears and a small line of text at the top says ..."Please refresh the page. it has timed out..." and it doesn't refresh.

Hi all: Could someone please advise me on how to download the service update for the 737NG base Package? I bought the boxed version from the Pilot Shop and bought the expansion pack direct from PMDG so I have an account. I tried to download the service update from PMDG but it says something about the installer on the original base package order, which I did not buy from them. So I am unable to download the service pack because I have no original order. Ideas? Thanks

Huh? Does anyone know whether this 1.2 is a recent release? I am running something I thought was 1.2 downloaded May 11. Is this 1.2 newer than that?

Is this discussion concerning the 1.2 release in Early May, or has there been another release just within the last few days? Thanks

Keep in mind also that the improvements are paid for with R&D dollars which are hardest to get in a large company like LM.

Anyone with experience in large companies realizes that the LM participation in the sim marketplace is tenuous and based on just a few people with a stack of view graphs.

Of course I'm addicted, w/out a doubt. I've spent a small fortune on flight simming over almost 20 years and can't go a day without flying or at least reading all the forums on what is going on. So what? I'm not embarrassed. It's a great pursuit.

You guys may be throwing the baby out with the bath water. Our sim is supposed to reflect the real world as closely as possible. Do we really expect that a complex electromechanical system like an aircraft flight control system is sensitive to a movement of 9 mm? Think about it.

Is that in Kg? All it seems to read is a constant 411/engine. Even the manual shows it as 411/engine, or zero with the engines at 98 % N1. Anyone have an idea what is going on with that gauge? Thanks

Hi all: Well, just took the plunge and installed the Hawker with Bert's mods, which are really slick. One thing I noticed right away is that the ground handling is very nice. Smooth. So I took off from BTV in weather and she handled really nice. I do have 2 quick questions tho: 1. There seems to be some sort of sound in the background noise that I can't identify. It's a cyclical hum that ends in sort of a soft "clunk". It sounds either like a pump or similar to gear being raised. I've checked all the panels and can't find anything running that shouldn.t be like the APU or fuel pumps. A/C is running but I don't see a pump anywhere. Anyone have an idea on this? 2. I noticed FLC is a bit squirrelly and searching the forum I guess that is a known issue. V/S does work fine so no big deal for me. Thanks

I have been struggling with Inspector also. Search in Monitor Video and Driver forum for Inspector. You may find something useful in the thread I started.
