Full system spec?

Its not that hard to learn how to do it, and when you do it will open up a world of options. If i had the aircraft, i could easily make a module for Linda. As i don't own it, i cant even try. Once a module has been created, its very, very easy to assign the buttons for the mixture locks ect. All YOU have to do is select what control ( from a drop down list ) gets sent to the sim, when you press your chosen button.

Being a HDD, when it needs to spin up to read files, the sim may pause or stutter.

Yes indeed, I got the warthog and c27j free the other day. Thank you IRIS Simulations...only tried the c27 so far...it’s pretty good too.

you could see if they are referenced in the scenery file..but unlikely, i would think they would be part of other objects..worth a try. Or, remove there texture...or replace with transparent texture, if removal causes issues. Or, ADE.

You could get pc specialists to overclock, it’s an option. There are 1080ti’s on eBay right now. That’s how I had to do it as pc specialist only offer 2080. I told them what card I was putting in so they could have the power leads in place for me to just plug in.

Unfortunately it’s the very few that tolerate the costs, pay the money, and well, leave the bigger crowd with no power. If everybody stuck to there guns, and said that’s it, enough is enough, and literally nobody bought it, then, just maybe, PMDG might get the message...as in, 0 sales. Nada, Niente ....but no...there is always the small minority that just can’t resist 🤨🙄 and if your answer is “if they don’t sell anything they can’t make anything” ..well, we the users never put the price tag on it..they did. I will give them credit, in what they do they extremely well..no doubts about it...but I feel this goes to there head, and the eye watering price reflects that. If these prices didn’t exist in the sim market, I’m pretty sure FSLabs wouldn’t of been able to charged what they do, for the Airbus. You see the chain reaction... and again, the test.exe thing...kinda got swept under the carpet because of the minority chose to accept it. The NGX took how many years to develop? The NGXu took how many months to develop? ...the ngxu is built from ground up, in a few months, but there’s no old code in there, nope, no old code at all 🤨 pull the other 1 it has bells on it..but there is, again, a nice shiny new price tag 💵 💵 talk about take advantage of our interests but hey, flying and maintaining a real aircraft from way back in the day (DC-3) , ain’t cheap, and had to be paid somehow....

As an FsX user, who was late to the party for p3d...was about to dip my toe in the p3d pool....then MS announced this new sim... I've been in a holding pattern for a long time.. And I’m prepared to hold longer...it’s clearly gonna be worth the wait, just look at it! Amazballs! Or what! 🤯 Seriously excited like a 5 yr old 😄 man I can’t wait ! 🥳

Meanwhile, in other posts ...... this exact practice of having to turn off AV has caused problems. Ideally, the developer should contact who they need to, to get the Problem solved, and , respectfully, not dump the problem in the customers lap. ..this is absolutely no disrespect to flysimware, it’s a problem all over, seen many times within our hobby from many developers. at the end of the day, we’ve all dropped some serious cash on our systems to enjoy our hobby...my rig was just shy of 3k...and my AV is a some what insurance against that 3k going down the drain.. Would you drive around uninsured? No malice intended, purely discussion guys, don’t shoot me..👍😁

I was under the impression sim market scanned the software, and if true, then how did a virus get through? 🤔

Anyone know if this can be put into FsX? or would it look terrible? Or just not work?
