To be honest doesn't look too bad, although there's always the usual checklist to follow. IE Drivers up to date, nothing else running in background, change resolution from options etc, well guess i would start there mate, sorry if not too helpful.

Wondered if anyone has tinkered with ADE in P3DV4,I have used it in the past in FSX and would like to design an Airport or two and also add a few buildings here and there with ADE. I have searched reference info regarding its use in P3DV4, seems some have designed airports with this tool, information is kind of grey rather than black or white on this, before I have a go has anyone got any experience or input regarding ADE, cheers guys.

I've heard a lot of good things on UTL, ATM am sitting on the fence before I commit to putting my hand in my pocket. Although I like the idea guess will investigate further before a purchase, the definitive AI Traffic program is yet to be proven. I would love UTL to be the one.

Strange one Earthdog, guess you've probably thought of most things, but have you previously used a preset, if so try reinstalling original shaders and then a preset, possible, hope you get it sorted.

Little navmap is a good tool, well recommended.

Envshade, PTA, either way, good to have choices, I have PTA and am happy with it using pilot Petes preset which is my prefered choice. Can see a lot buying Envshade who do not want to tinker with settings and use one of the presets provided, certainly PTA has more options and still remains easy to use and tinker with, the $5.00 price I'm sure will attract many, but lets face it if you already have PTA no real need for Envshade, still good to have a choice.

As ErichB has already said Opus has options but to be honest, CP is revolutionary in its operation and user-friendly interface, I know its a little extra to splash out but honestly worth it.

For me and many others it is Smoother I for one have no more micro stutters as I had before in 4.0, so yes smoother it is for me, smoothness is noticeable it is not a gloss, shine, gleam or sheen not a polish, calmness, stillness or serenity, nor a flow, fluency or ease it is simply smoother. I am sure with different systems and setups there may be different improvements for other users, but I no longer have stutters or micro stutters and my FPS is better, smoothness is immediately noticeable on my system. PS J van E here's the equation to measure smoothness sd(diff(x))/abs(mean(diff(x)))-g(3) LOL

Update, of course, you should without a doubt, LM are making improvements in all departments, it's a no-brainer, to be honest. I noticed a much smoother experience after doing a complete update in all areas, I use Orbex scenery and no problems at all, go for it.

Just took a closer look, pretty good, I've never bought any LatinVFR Airports before but that may change soon.

So many excellent products out and on the horizon. It's all good for P3D, the rain effect is awesome, wonder if it has much effect on fps either way, am happy with it. The future looks bright for us all. Excellent.

I know exactly what you mean Steve, hopefully companies will concentrate on the big fish so to speak like P3D. I am sure they can see where the future lies with Flight sims. Its a golden age kind of.
