How do I create screenshots in FS9? A google search led me to a tread on another flightsim site which mentioned FScreen, but i can't find a download site for it

There are many screen capture programs available - and many are free.After trying almost all of them I find Screen Hunter works best for me. Why do you guys make it complicated when you have on the keyboard of either your laptop or desktop pc a 'print screen' button?Once you have located that keyboard button (above the num pad), just press that button when you're in FS, no matter it's windowed or full screen, and paste the image in any image editing program you have installed (photoshop, paintshop or even MS paint, or whatever) Create a new empty image (usually ctrl N), 'paste' or ctrl v and you're on your way. ...is great if you only want one shot.If you want more than one, you have to pause the sim, paste the shot in your editing program , then go back to flying.With a screenshot program (I happily use Screen Hunter Free) you assign a hot key and you can take as many pics as you want, without stopping the sim, by simply pressing the hotkey.I have ScreenHunter in my startup, it runs all the time, takes up very little resources, and I use it for many other things besides FS screenies.it ain't brain surgery.regards,Joe

Most of us use the enbseries nowadays which allows as many screen shots as you want by pressing the "print screen" button. It saves them to your fs9 root directory.Brilliant for anyone who uses it as you dont have to faff around with another external program.

Xfire and FRAPS both can take screens and videos. Xfire will also let you upload the pics and videos to the internet and you can even edit the captions of the screens you took.
