April 28, 201016 yr The "detailed cities" are only the cities. Nothing about the airports. If you do get Acceleration, installing it is equivelant to installing SP1 and SP2 so you should not try to install those seperately. And you can buy an i7-920 for $280 that will equal to or outperform a $570 i7-960 (Newegg prices). For those of us on a budget this is a big deal.My i7 920 was only $199, and now it is down to $179. The i7 930 is now $199. These prices are at Micro Center, in-store pickup only. Shane Gavin

April 28, 201016 yr Well, tommorow it will be another day closer to release. In a week it will be another seven days closer :) Ivan Barsovsky
April 28, 201016 yr thats a bold statement.. like many others Id rather wait and PMDG gets it bang on, than get a half ( donkey ) product that needs to be patched, or is as useful as well something from abacus. Live to fly- Fly to live Morten Hansen
April 28, 201016 yr no, i do not wish to bet. he was simply asking how do you know this? Under what authority are you telling us this? you are clearly not a member of the PMDG team, and with a name like 'n00bz' its only right to enquire.edit: Also, please sign all posts with your full name or your posts will be deleted par forum rules Regards, Philip Lodge PC specs; Windows 7 64 bit home premium, Asus P6X58D-E, Intel core i7 930 @ 4.0 GHz, Corsair XMS3 6GB DDR3 1600MHz triple channel RAM, POV GTX 470, 500gb HDD + 250gb FS HDD, 24" 1920 x 1200, 19" 1280 x 1024 GoFlight MCPPro, VRInsight CDU II, Saitek Pro Flight Radio Panel. April 28, 201016 yr I'll take the noob up on his bet if he's man enough. How does $1,000.00 US sound? We can get someone from PMDG to hold the money and send it to them via Paypal right now so there is no backing down from it later. I think I see what you're really attempting to do. Your approach of "if I say this nonsence then PMDG will have to pipe in with the correct time". Well I hope they don't and from past experience know they won't give release dates or estimates until they are 100% sure.I agree with Philip also on signing your name and the fact that it is forum policy (rules). So please lets bet, I could use the extra coin this summer and am ready to do this right now and am not joking. i9 10920x @ 4.8 ~ MSI Creator x299 ~ 256 Gb 3600 G.Skill Trident Z Royal ~ EVGA RTX 3090ti ~ Sim drive = M.2 2-TB ~ OS drive = M.2 is 512-gb ~ 5 other Samsung Pro/Evo mix SSD's ~ EVGA 1600w ~ Win 10 Pro Dan Prunier
April 28, 201016 yr :( On topic - is there any chance of you guys at PMDG showing us the glareshield? The MCP looks stunning btw.
April 28, 201016 yr I'm sure PMDG will release the NGX when they are DONE with it. If it lasts a while, I would also prefer to wait rather than waiting later for patches, service packs.Zsolt Monostori Zsolt Monostori LHBP Intel i7 930 @ 2.8 GHz - Asus P6T-SE Motherboard - Ultron Blue Air Gamer Case ATX - Antec 750Watt Green Power PSU - 3x2GB 1600 DDR3 RAM - 500GB SATA 7200rpm HDD - LG Sata 20X DVD-0Write - PointofView GTX470 1280MB 2xDVI/mini-HDMI DDR5 - WIFI PCI Card 802.11 - Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit
April 28, 201016 yr I totally agree friend Philip!Always have someone wanting to know everything. Just kidding ... Jean Rodrigo .:

If it lasts a while, I would also prefer to wait rather than waiting later for patches, service packs.Zsolt MonostoriWell, there' always a service pack of some sort. But, I think you're talking about the service packs that are needed to make a bird even flyable (like some other companies), and not just fixing the odd bug here and there. The first time is bad development; the second is good customer service. I think most of us on this board trust PMDG to continue to be the second type. As for the release date, guys, let's relax. The company has stated, and has not backed down from, "mid-2010". As I noted in an earlier thread, that has some wiggle room built in. But, I fully expect them to meet that self-imposed schedule. April 28, 201016 yr Complaining will happen everytime :) Once the NGX is out, everybody is crying for the 777 and then crying for the dash8. Waiting for something you really want can be challenging, but looking forward to something is also a good thing. *neeed for pre-release of the paintkit* :D Alexander Roithmair Best regards,

But, I fully expect them to meet that self-imposed schedule. This is entirely speculation/horse $@#%. However, if I recall correctly we saw the first screenshots of the JS41 early Febraury and saw the aircraft released mid-May. So if you apply the same to the NGX, maybe 3 monts or so putting us in mid- to end of July...easily on target for "mid-2010".Of course, there is no reason the development time frames should be similar and this likely has no relationship to what we actually will see. I think what we can count on is that by the time PMDG is willing to share screenshots, the aircraft is coming together nicely. I do however suspect (because of the never ending requests) that we may be seeing screenshots slightly earlier than normal.Eric Szczesniak Eric Szczesniak
April 28, 201016 yr I would be happy to see a PMDG 757 as well:-) As far as I heard, the CS 757 is buggy as hell, and the QualitySim 757 is buggy too and also lacks system depth. Not sure, these are just things I heard and read. Well, I would really love to see a cool 757. Level D maybe, but their 757 project is on since 2006, so never know, maybe in four years... I love the 757! The other a/c really missed, is a REALLY cool A330. I wish PMDG would create one, too:-)))Zsolt Monostori Zsolt Monostori LHBP Intel i7 930 @ 2.8 GHz - Asus P6T-SE Motherboard - Ultron Blue Air Gamer Case ATX - Antec 750Watt Green Power PSU - 3x2GB 1600 DDR3 RAM - 500GB SATA 7200rpm HDD - LG Sata 20X DVD-0Write - PointofView GTX470 1280MB 2xDVI/mini-HDMI DDR5 - WIFI PCI Card 802.11 - Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit
