I'm not sure what is this to prove, if anything?
Nothing - it's just a fact.

It is curious though.
I couldn't possibly comment on that.

Thinly veiled innuendos are on the same level of behavior as what I've seen by POSKY members in their forums.A couple of you could use a 'time-out' from these forums.

My late 14 year old son was abused at Posky by members when he requested a repaint he was not able to do things like most of the chuldren of his age he was confined to a wheelchair. He had no use of his armsMost of the insults came direct from their so called DONATORS with the support of the Forum Admin.Because the donators pay to posky did not give them the right to insult my son and the admin on the Paint Requst Forum did nothing to stop the abuse and insults they Banned my son from accessing Project Open Sky website and those who did the insulting got away with it.I pay my respects to my son because he wanted to be like everyone else enjoy something but with his short life least he got chance to see aircraft in the sky with tears in his eyes.HE WAS BANNED FROM POSKY FOR ASKING FOR A REPAINT HE DID ASK NICELY.THOSE BULLIES WHO INSULTED MY SON LAUGHTED AS ANOTHER MEMBER CONTINUED THE INSULTS A TOTAL OF 33 INSULTS SOME OF THEM SICK.WHY BAN HIM FROM ACCESSING THEIR WEBSITE
My condolences of your terrible loss. And this is how those members react to those who are disabled? Dave.

I think you should stop stirring the pot.

As of today, Project Open Sky the group and membership is dead. All systems publicly and back end are offline. Many have resigned from FS completely and others will move on to future developments. There is little to no point in hatching things out further. We each will remember Project Open Sky in our own way. This is the end of Project Open Sky but for many of our members it is a new beginning to start new without the burdens of the past. Please allow us what respect we have left as we move on.Andrew J McKeownFormer Project Open Sky Member and Systems Administrator

There appears to be a phoenix site at:

Yes, POSKY has ended, but a new group was resurected: FSPro. They will host POSKY files while continuing with some new developments.Blimey, what actually happened to that PSS thing that was supposed to resurrect? Long time ago that I saw it, but PSS never was resurrected... It's a pity. I love their 777.

And it appears that they are going to continue all of those new projects under FS9. IMHO, I respect their decision to stay in ACOF this time. I feel bad about the guys behind PSS, I always wanted to get their 757-200 package for FS9, but too late, because I've chosen to forgo the FS9 way by then. I didn't actually realize of PSS' disappearance until I started being serious about flight simulation a year ago. The only place where I could actually get one of their "Professional" series is only accessible through Just Flight's special discount promo. Dave.

That's when I got the 777. 40 euros for that plane just was too much for me, so I waited and along came the special promo. Mind you, I think it was one of the best FS purchases I have done. Combined with the POSKY 777 model, I actually think it's better than many other payware planes I own.

HelloDon't feel too bad about those PSS guys Dave. Many here including myself have bought all they produced only to find that we could no longer install our purchases due to the way their installers where partly server based.I personally had all of their Airbus's, the Dash8, Concord , 757 , 777 so around about $200 down the drain.Any descent company would have given its registered users the chance to D/L installers that did not need server side files before they disappeared into the night.I have since had to repurchase the 757 and 777 from Just-Flight, the rest are too old to worry about now.Whatever Posky have done they at least never took money from anyone then denied them access to their purchases.
