December 5, 201015 yr (Oh- and any orders that get placed before 12N CDT Monday will ship either on Monday or Tuesday depending on the deliverable timeline for the QRHs...)Great to hear :) I sure hope it leaves on Monday so that I have a good chance of having them on Saturday as I choose the express 3-5 days just for that reason :) Great job on it, now once I'll get these it'll be even harder to wait I guess :) I think once I get the tracking number I'll just keep on checking the status day after day, I hope they are as good as UPS ;) Aurelien Vandoorine
December 5, 201015 yr If PMDG feels they can sell AOM and FCTMs published by the same house that does it for real airlines the world over than that means only one thing:Dammit, I´m going to have to man up, upgrade my rig and finally make the leap for FSX. :( Cheers,Victor M. Lima
December 5, 201015 yr Thanks for mentioning the publisher. I have contacted them regarding binder replacements for my current 727 manuals.
December 5, 201015 yr Hi there thanks for the quick reply. Errrm maybe you missed this?"These manuals are about as real as you can get. They are published by the world's leading flight manual publisher, JetPubs, who handle technical publications for many airlines and airline pilot training centers." in his post?Yeah I did read it, but wanted to make sure. :(Mark-Well... The manuals were created by the same people who built the airplane... (the metal one, not the simulated one!) So I suppose they are about as real as you can get get.Does that help? :(Yes it does. Thanks for all the replys. Just about to order the set now.:Party:Many ThanksMark Marshall

December 5, 201015 yr Was wondering if the Manuals (I'm interested in the Chief Pilot's Set) can be shipped via APO to Italy :( :rolleyes:Enrico
December 5, 201015 yr Commercial Member As of this writing we have a number of customers who will be taking delivery when the first shipment goes out on Monday or Tuesday- and we hope you folks will come back and fill everyone in on what you think of the kits when they arrive. But still... there was just something magical about this kit. You'll see what I mean when it arrives- and I'd love the hear your first impressions.Hmmm...Do I detect a hint at something you're not saying? Maybe it's just me. Now I kind of wish I had seen the Chief Pilot kit when I told my wife what I wanted for x-mas... Noah Bryant
December 5, 201015 yr Dear Robert, thank you very much for information of the new manuals. I have some questions for you in that case:1.) how deep are the system simulations in the upcoming 737NGX ?I am strongly interested in the manual set "PMDG 737-NGX Chief Pilot's Flight Manual Set". So with this set I have beside the posters and overviews from some charts and checklists all the deep information of the upcoming 737NGX ? I mean are these manuals describing the whole systems which are simulated (!) with your 737NGX or are these information are overtop to the simulated airplane ? So the manulas are giving more information as from the 737NGX can be simulated ? 2.) How much are the shipping costs to Germany ? Thanks in advance and I am really look forward to get you 737NGX soon!! regards from a great PMDG Fan,Pascal Pascal-Antoin Ducardus
December 5, 201015 yr Pascal,I think I can answer the first question for you: the manuals were written by Boeing for the real aircraft and are merely being redistributed by PMDG under licence, therefore, it's safe to assume the depth of the simulation is quite extraordinary. Andrew McCluskey
December 5, 201015 yr Hello Pascal. 2.) How much are the shipping costs to Germany ? You can check on that easily, add the product to the shopping basket and go to your basket there you have a shipping cost link on which you can enter your country and location and then it gives you the available ways of getting it and at which price.Cheers.Aurélien Aurelien Vandoorine
December 5, 201015 yr Hi Robert Buy 737ngx not include Flight Crew Operating Manual Vol. 1+2 and Training Manual by PDF file? Jia-Hsing Fu
December 5, 201015 yr Pascal,I think I can answer the first question for you: the manuals were written by Boeing for the real aircraft and are merely being redistributed by PMDG under licence, therefore, it's safe to assume the depth of the simulation is quite extraordinary.Hi Andrew, so what does it mean ? are the manuals are overtoped for the simulation or of what can be simulated by the 737NGX ? regards Pascal Pascal-Antoin Ducardus
December 5, 201015 yr For those asking how far the NGX will go as far as systems simulations do you own the 744, or MD-11? If you use the failure module in the MD-11X it is VERY detailed when it comes to failures. All the manuals they sold for the MD-11 are custom tailored to and match (I know cause half of my hours are in the MD-11 in FSX) what happens when X failure occurs on the bird to the letter. Now you won't die for instance if the cabin depressurizes, but you will see all the proper annunciations, cabin pressure drop, etc. Is good practice to follow the procedures and quickly decend below 10,000ft. Like I said it appears the QRH is about twice as thick for the NGX as the MD-11X (will do a direct comparison whenever it hits my door step). So I think they really went above and beyond on this one as if they didn't enough on the last birds. Can't wait to get my package. December 5, 201015 yr Hi Andrew, so what does it mean ? are the manuals are overtoped for the simulation or of what can be simulated by the 737NGX ? regards PascalFair question? Will someone answer this?ThanksJoe De Campos Jose De Campos London
