I think similar requests have been already made but obviously PMDG wants these threads with thousands of posts and views since it's good ad for them.

I had a nightmare last week. I dreamed that Ryan made an announcment about the NGX going into Beta. And as that topic was online for a few days, the view counter was still on zero and there were no responses at all! While other topics (even the 'update topic') were still alive! And a few hours later Ryan would make a post blowing of the whole NGX project and shutting down PMDG, with RSR's permission. Weird isn't it?Do you guys have nightmares like that? Or is is just me being weird....XD

You might wanna get out and go to the park or whatever, try to get some sunshine. Having nightmares about NGX means you've been thinking too much about it.

Dear PMDG-Team, I am really looking forward for this bird while I am reading the NGX Chief Manuals and waiting patiently. Nevertheless I would like to know, how the fan blades are simulated. As in the old NG737 version I loved so much the animation when the fan blades are beginning to rotate and the different stages of the start up procedure was shown. The whole engine was smoothly running and the fan blades were completly unsharpened. Did you also redesigned this feature on this new NGX737 Version or it is now more realstic as the real aircraft behaves ? I wouldn't say selfish. I'd just say I think it's pointless. I don't see the need for pics to be in a thread with a thousand posts or so. Just seems stupid to me.

In the case of PMDG, the high demand and perceived scarcity of information, causes each trickle of be of MAJOR importance and leaves the crowd hanging around for more. If you think about it, it makes sense: Robert's promises for more "just around the corner" - which is inevitably delayed; the delays "until it is finished" (despite the fact that it WILL be patched at least once); our wringing of hands in anticipation (and the antics that ensue). These are all part of the meme-complex that keeps the market for PMDG alive and kicking. Marketing, which lusts for the selfish (and hopefully free) propagation of a brand, relies on excessive self-interest. While I don't know the figures, I'm going to guess that PMDG may not even advertise as much as some of their lesser competitors. My guess is that reputation, quality of product, and the sound and fury that accompany their release cycle are all sufficient.So, I thought your choice of words, selfish, was interesting as selfishness seems to be a key facet of good marketing. I'm not sure the marketplace is for timid "niceguys" who politely demure. Sure, they can be considerate and respectful of customers (like the way the team comes here to answer questions and help), but the survival of the brand in the marketplace requires some aggression and certainly unapologetic placement. Standing in the hoopla at knee's depth is part of the pageantry of a PMDG release and it perpetuates the concept that a PMDG release is worth the wait and money.

I know this might be too early, but any ideas how much could this beast cost? So i can start saving money immediatelly
