About the coach class discussion: being a lowly student I couldn't dream of getting the cash to fly first class/business but there is a different between coach and coach. For example here in Europe you can fly on low-price jets like ryan air and really be treated like cattle or you can pay a little extra to get at least some form of comfort on the normal airlines like KLM, DLH, SAS etc. But i guess that over time these airlines will have to reduce the "frills" to be able to compete with the low price carriers.Just my 2 cents :)

It´s up to the people decide whether they want to be treated like cattle or like humans. If the market sees people crowding low fare planes, they will make a move toward that position. I think there is still someone willing to pay for a little more room leg and good hot meals, and if a company start marketing for then, it may find a forgotten treasure. But the constants positive results of low fare companies make the big ones forget people who just like to fly or enjoy the travel.

There is a material and printing cost just to make them, it's not free... another company is doing that work, they have to be paid for their time and the materials.

Robert has answered the $64 million question, in his post somewhere up through 2014. Now all we have to do is create an over under pool. "There is no gambling at Bushwood Sir". Closest guess wins a copy from PMDG. How 'bout that Robert? In the interim, I am enjoying both the MD-11 and for shorter hauls, the JS-41.
