Stop claiming that passengers have the right to do this or be treated like that. Where do you think they get these rights from, did I miss something in the bill of rights about air travel?. You can choose whatever airline you like and if it does not work out go elsewhere. Airline passengers will not pay more for better service. They choose cheap seats. Period. "If employees don't feel duly compensated, others will be happy to step in."So you get what you pay for which is less experienced pilots (kentucky crash, many more to come), inability to absorb delays because crews are scheduled for longer days approaching limits, no more backup equipment, etc...It is bus travel. Passengers show up in cut off jeans and flip flops and expect concorde service. Charter a jet or sit down and shut up, cheapskates.

Am i missing something? Ferd's linguistic abilities seems to have sky-rocketed over the next 3 years after his famous (or infamous?) post, at least in comparison.

Hi guys. I've been hanging around here for a while now waiting on the new jet to be released and could not help myself. I just had to reply to the reposting of Fred. That post is just rip roaring funny, I can't imagine the original one you are referring to. I hope someone can find it and repost. I must say the part about the flip flops is right one though. We all know the truth about the decline in airline service and what an over regulated mess it is, but I must dissagree. As a passenger I willingly pay extra to stay out of coach. Its like ridding in a cattle car back there. I don't know how anyone can do it. Anyways, reading volume 1 of the FCOM tonight. I can only pray half of what is in there ends up in the sim. The manuals are top notch and very detailed. I'll shut up now and get back to the reading before I'm mistaken for Fred. Good night Scott

How do stay out of coach when the whole aircraft is config that way?

I've been trying to help PMDG by saying the same thing (literally, it's a copy of the same post) many, many times. Only in this thread I already said what I'm about to say, again, about 4 or 5 times.There is no annoucement from PMDG confirming any of the variants. I'm 99.999(...)% sure that the -600, -700, -800, -900 variants will be included. The only doubts that we have here are regarding the -700ER, -700C and -900ER. [removeded to avoid more 'damage']PMDG already confirmed that military variants will not be included. We don't know if PMDG will release the -600 and -700 first and then the -800 and -900, like they did with the 737NG for FS9, which variants will be included and how much will it cost. PMDG is internally discussing this and others commercial issues.I used bigger letters in italic to be sure that this message won't be easilly lost throughtout the pages (can't use bolded letters nor caps lock because of forum rules). I'm really getting tired of repeating the same thing on and on.

I knew someone would ask me that. I am lucky enough to live between San Francisco and Los Angeles, my two departure points. Usually the aircraft are equipped with at least a business class. The problem is if I have to fly to Poedunkville and have a connection to a regional airline. Then I just suck it up like everyone else. My point was just to contradict Fred in that I will pay more to stay out of couch (if possible).

I'm surprised that is still there,i think they are finding a lot of bugs with this, we were all expecting beta late last year early this.

Robert has answered the $64 million question, in his post somewhere up through 2014. Now all we have to do is create an over under pool. "There is no gambling at Bushwood Sir". Closest guess wins a copy from PMDG. How 'bout that Robert? In the interim, I am enjoying both the MD-11 and for shorter hauls, the JS-41.
