August 3, 201114 yr Someone's gotta say it. They haven't actually announced the 4th as "the" release date, and they've said that it's not going to be a surprise release. Either way it's 16:30 on August 3rd still at the PMDG intergalactic headquarters. August 3, 201114 yr Well Robert normally posts on this website late at night in his time zone (early-mid morning here in the UK), so for all we know he might do the same tonight, and it could be ready for release start of business the following day, probably in his time zone. Heres hoping its ready for download tomorrow eveing (GMT), Ill have my new system up and running by then! Ben Thomson
August 3, 201114 yr Don't you know, it has already been released... Well played PMDG, well played. -Bryant Martin
August 3, 201114 yr Don't you know, it has already been released... Well played PMDG, well played. -Bryant Martin Pff, clearly that's a typo... it's the 800/900 coming out first, not the 600/700. Unrelated, but does anyone want to cosign my half-million dollar loan? Jack DeMarre Just an earthbound misfit My Current Flight Sim Setup: She ain't much to look at, but she's got it where it counts. August 3, 201114 yr This was taken from a post on PMDGs Facebook page this past sunday - "Can you feel that summer chill? That's because the PMDG 737NGX is in a code freeze! A Release Candidate of the PMDG 737NGX was sent out to PMDG's beta testers just three hours ago! A little more testing to make sure there are no show stoppers, and if all goes well, we're right on target." We havent heard anything, either in the forum here, or on Facebook to indicate a delay in release has occurred... ALSO, its still the 3rd here in the states.. 2330z where im at to be exact. I have a feeling the next "update" or "heads up" coming from RSR will be "GO GET IT!" August 3, 201114 yr Keep in mind, guys, that PMDG said it would NOT be a surprise release, and that they'd give us a heads up. We were also told if there were any delays we would know before the 4th of August, which is tomorrow. We haven't been told of any delays. My guess is there will be an announcement tonight announcing a release either tomorrow or at the worst Friday. If we hear nothing, either release or delay, I would be very disappointed but don't think it'll come to that. August 4, 201114 yr I guess they are in Las Vegas, so you'll have to wait until tomorrow at best. But I wouldn't be surprised by a late August release date either. But who cares, I want that 777. Paul Gugliotta
August 4, 201114 yr What city/country is PDMG located in? per web site .. Northern Nevada http://www.precisionmanuals.com/pages/company/about.html
August 4, 201114 yr If you are talking about business license, where it is incorporated (though whether it is incorporated or not I have no idea), that would be Reno, Nevada since this is where the owner lives (or lived very recently). Michael J.
