This is not starting well. Uninstalled the beta (maybe my first mistake). Downloaded game and said it couldn't be installed (memory error?). Retried 3x. Tried to install from the extracted files from the cab, then was asked for the product key???? Then the Marketplace crashed asking to send an error report, which couldn't connect to the server. I think I'll wait a while to download again. :Thinking:Got the key and installed from the cab file. Looks better than the beta. Like others have said, might be fun just for something different. Definitely not interested in aerocaches.

What I said was they didn't release it globally initially. Some people in some regions had to wait.....Yes it is released globally now but it wasn't in the begining, I was just commenting on that. Cheers

So far... I've found the easiest way to get to the menus is to press "M" for Map in the game... then the map comes up as well as the menu commands on the left side.

Yep, thank you - found it under aircraft commands in Options. Pressing O lowers the canopy.

With 3 screen in icon, the canopy only cover part of the view and heavy distorsion on the side. Any wide angle setting detected yet?But no need to set-up the screen. It was detected automatically (or it just took it from window).Smoothness is impressive but sky shade are showing bands....But its the first 5 minutes .... More testing to do.

Well I'm at work here in Australia but am itching to get home to try it out. Interestingly I'm only just getting into FSX coming from FS2004 as I've had a recent PC upgrade, so hopefully this should allow me to look at it with reasonably fresh eyes.A question to those lucky enough to have tried it out, is there any supoport for SLI?

Seems if I recall, MS had stated that it was a function of the driver being made to support SLI for Flight.

XP X64 is like MS's red headed step-child. Its gotten no support at all.

Bummer... I wanted to download the game at my work, where I have a superfast connection, but you can only download the webinstaller... Anyone knows a directlink to the complete file or is that just impossible with Live...? Now I have to wait until I get home (in 7 hours) and start downloading it with my not too good connection (and with tons of people trying to download it at the same time, which won't help).

The beta worked fine with my XP 64. The "fun" started once I uninstalled the beta, upgraded to Win7 and then went back to reinstall the beta. And the RTM version...

TrackIR is not supported.
