While overall I like it...... but.... (there's always a but)... if I had to judge it based on just on it's first day..... it's a little too "wordy" for my taste. Would like it to be more visual more stimulating with some color to help seperate areas of interest. All those news items yet only one graphic (other than the ads). Move over to the new downloads page.... WoW even more words.... and long lists of words. Maybe have the thumbnail by each new d/l so one can see at a quick glance what's there, how about some color to break up the monotany of such long lists. Forums have a nice user frienfdly feel to them.

Just wanted to throw out my 2c.....

Liked the "old style" better.

I've got to agree and I hate to do so, but I think the new front page is too jumbled up with too much info presented side by side. I prefer the old style which was easy to read and had everything listed from top down, rather than from left to right then with another row of the same below it. Personally I dont see a need to change a good thing or good format, but since I dont pay the bills and dont visit the front page as often as I do the actual forum, I suppose it doesn't make that much difference.

I think this new style is easier to read. The old one was just random lists of text with no sorting whatsoever (it served its purpose well, but it could be better). I think the new front page is better by far (its even better now that its actually up!).
