April 11, 201214 yr The 75' is one of my favorite aircraft and I've got nothing to show for it. Captain Sim's 757 is decent. Its not PMDG quality but if the 75' is your favorite it will definetly hold you over until LDs. I still take it out every now and then. Chuck Biggins
April 11, 201214 yr Commercial Member Folks, The point I was trying to make in my post is that the choices of aircrafts we could make is limitless. Did you all expect us to develop the DC-6B? We have secret projects for a good reason, it keeps things fun for us and for you guys. My development schedule for the foreseeable future... It is a very busy one, exciting but busy :-) Jason Brown - Exterior Model Engineer,http://www.precisionmanuals.comSpecs: MSI Z97 Gaming 7 | Intel i7 4970K OC @ 4.6GHz | Gigabyte GTX970 G1 4GB | 16GB (2X8GB) G.Skill Trident | Corsair Air 540 White Case | Corsair AX750 750W PSU | 27" Samsung SyncMaster 275T+ | 27" Samsung S27D850 | 13" Wacom Cintiq | Windows 10 Professional x64
April 11, 201214 yr They're going to close the thread if we keep discussing the LDS 757 like that I say close the thread. Also close the three A380 threads. Heck, make talking about the LDS 757/767 a warning type of thing like the P3D EULA discussions. In lieu of that, just have a consolidate request sticky thread and post suggestions there. We KNOW PMDG has a development schedule. Everything else is mostly speculation. "I am the Master of the Fist!" -Akuma

I still take it out every now and then. Didn't read the next line down, eh? Oh well. I Beta'd the thing, and bought it when it came out assuming that they would've fixed it based off of my comments. They didn't. I'm very particular about what gets to exist in my flight sim world and what doesn't. The FMS, and a few other small quirks didn't pass my test. Even the 727 (without the complex systems of a 757) didn't pass so well. Both are passable for the casual simmer, sure, but not for someone expecting PMDG and LDS (of its time anyway) quality. April 11, 201214 yr We're not doing an A380 - ugliest plane in the sky if you ask me personally. I FIRMLY second that... SOOOOoooo UGLY. Best regards, Fritz ESSONO
April 11, 201214 yr Maybe so, but FS lacks a PMDG-quality A380, or any Airbus really. I think Robert would find that a PMDG A380 for FSX would sell like hotcakes and probably out-sell anything they've sold to-date. Where did you get that information from that it would most likely outsell everything they have made so far? -Ryan Vince Quote from 911 magazine: "- ...RSR delivers unparallelled performance and stunning looks"
April 11, 201214 yr The A380 is a superb spectacle. Not pretty, but jaw-dropping close-up. Especially if it's 500 feet above your head.... :shok: It's taken over from Concorde as the plane I have to stop and watch, no matter what I'm doing. Ian
April 11, 201214 yr Commercial Member Can we please dispel one of the most annoying rumours in the FS community.. In order to create an Airbus you do not need a Partnership with Airbus. If you want to create a Boeing you do not need a partnership with BoeIng. PMDG have there reasons for a partnership and I'm sure it looks good on the CV but it is not necessary. All the data required comes from a particular airline, sometimes with the condition that the company produces some form of CBT. Rob Prest

April 11, 201214 yr PMDG stated multiple times that the people want aircraft which they can see at their local airports. So when did you see the DC6 last? Dave Taylor
April 11, 201214 yr Commercial Member So when did you see the DC6 last? Side projects for extra revenue will generate something from downtime that would otherwise go uncompenstated. These don't fit the see-it-at-your-local-airport mold because they don't have to. Someone will buy them, which is just extra income. Kyle Rodgers
April 11, 201214 yr So when did you see the DC6 last? At Sky Harbor? Not in the last 20 years.. Kenny Lee"Keep climbing"
April 11, 201214 yr Commercial Member At Sky Harbor? Not in the last 20 years.. ...but DVT had a quick share of interesting visitors back in 2009, I know that for a fact. I'll see if I can find the pics when I get home. It was a B-17 Januaryish, and John Travolta's 707 around April. Harbor gets some interesting corp traffic too, doesn't it? Under Swift's giant almost-hangar-sun-blocker? Kyle Rodgers
April 11, 201214 yr Hm I need to get out there more. Didn't know that Travolta flew out here... I'm sure they love that shade when it gets to 110+ between July-September. Kenny Lee"Keep climbing"
April 12, 201214 yr cessna air planes are some of the best aircraft made so how abaut the cessna 402c or the 414 or even the citation ten. Another good aircraft for pmdg to do would be the learjet 45XR or the golfstream 1 airliner . now for the clasoc airliners the oridginal dc 3 pre1939 and as for brand new aircraft bombardier cs100 and 300 would also be nice to see and for putljump lovers a pmdg saab340b+ and dash7 and dash 8 erlyest in existence please and then last the dash8-200 straught 200 not the Q200orQ202 just an idea the brittin normand bn2-iii -28 triirlander would be nice to see as well with three bladeprops on the wing engins and 2blade props on the tale.
