Thumbs Up or Down

Featured Replies

Ok, been following this release. What I read that worries me the most is if the pressurization controller will be fixed. Secondary may be cockpit sound level, which an astute user could modify. Lastly, typical documentation issues.

Question is - with these issues do the folks that have it give it a thumbs up, or thumbs down?

I know F1 has an upcoming release. I also know their rep (excellent IMHO). That is not my concern at this point, as it is not available, and personally I am not sure I want the all glass cockpit.

May be answered soon if any details of a service release come out, but, looking for opinions of those that have it . . .

Thnks.

Thumbs up, I like it.

+1, I love this plane and I am aware that none of the simulated aircraft is perfect. When I buy a Carenado product, I more or less know what I can expect, and the B200 exceeds my expectations. Yes, of course, some niggles might have to be corrected, and this forum helps a lot with it. And most likely Carenado will supply at least one SP or patch to correct some obvious faults. The B200 provides a lot of piloting fun, as long as you don't forget that you didn't spend Millions of dollars, but just a modest amount of less than 40 dollars. Well done, Carenado! Enjoy this great King Air, simpilots!

Another thumbs up from me. I owne the little sister so I waited a few days until I ordered. I was not sure about the benefit of a second, similar plane, but it was the right descision. Good job by Carenado.

+1 Awesome plane!, I like it too much! ;)

Thumbs up visually and another one when the bugs are sorted out. Will be interesting to see how the Milviz B350 compares when it's released

Thanks everyone for your input - took the plunge and the bird is now in my stable.

Thumbs up for me as well.... have you realize that 100% of the bugs are cockpit related, but the flight dynamics are from my point of view perfect! Thanks for that Carenado!

thumbs up here as well !

and SP1 will be out shortly and will hopefully improve things.

Thumbs up! But they need to fix the sound transition from VC to external where it is way too loud compared to inside cockpit. I have to turn the volume down before switcing to external view. But, this is one of the very best addons IMO!

Thumbs up - no question.... Great support from Carenado on all their products...

thumbs UP UP UP

Just like it cause I can, if i did not like I would know it eh?

(thats Canadian logic, eh?)

Taxying is so smooth

Thumbs up (just) here

I'm a big King Air fanatic and I've been waiting a long time for a decent B200 for FSX. The model and flight dynamics are exceptional. My biggest disappointment with it is engine isn't modeled accurately you shouldn't be able to fly at full torque and remain with ITT limits. However I understand this is a FSX limitation which is annoying but I can look past it. The cockpit sound and incorrect cabin pressure gauge are less of issue for me. It's still a great plane however I'll still hang onto FS9 and the Aeroworx B200.
