November 25, 201213 yr But we have not yet seen a solid example of FSL quality when it comes to modern, glass cockpit aircraft. Hopefully, the FSL A320 will live up to everyone's expectations. Concorde may not be glass but its a very complex aircraft that they did a stellar job on. That gives me hope for an A320 of equal quality. Alex Jevdic KORD/KHOT/KPWKA<380 love at first flight
November 25, 201213 yr The reason I'm buying PMDG products is their outstanding details, simulated systems, manuals and models. For me, half of the fun with an aircraft like PMDG is too learn and read about its systems. Since I now know how things work in a Boeing cockpit, there isn't that much too learn anymore. Therefore I would love too see an Airbus, since I'm a widebody fan, an A340 series or A330 series would be perfect. But the 777 definitely going too keep me busy for a long time. -Joachim Nilsen
November 26, 201213 yr The 767 is my favorite so I wouldn't complain. I did just download the cockpit update to the LDS 767 and it improved the look immensely. I thought I found myself getting bored with the NGX but then I realized I haven't learned the systems fully, my landings are just ok, and I have fallen in love all over again trying to perfect my craft.
November 26, 201213 yr I think a PMDG 767 would not by so bad .. because if we look at Boing http://www.boeing.com/newairplane/flighttracker/ afther a moment you see lots off 767 on Duty more as the 747 ! also why not a nice 767 from PMDG
November 26, 201213 yr also why not a nice 767 from PMDG As previously mentioned, there already exists a good B767 model from Level-D, which can be further enhanced by purchasing modifications such as those from Turbine Sound Studios and Zinertek (although I believe the latter only makes a FS9 version). Plus, in my opinion, the B777 is superior, as is the A330. I believe the latter would be the most logical business choice, as there are many Airbus fans and people in the community who just want something different and new.
November 26, 201213 yr Too bad we'll probably never get to a experience a PMDG 757. It would have been awesome spooling up those Rolls Royce 211's and blasting off!
November 26, 201213 yr Too bad we'll probably never get to a experience a PMDG 757. It would have been awesome spooling up those Rolls Royce 211's and blasting off! Yes! Even though the B757 is admittedly old and outdated, it still is one of the most beautiful aircraft, and I would probably fly it if there was a PMDG-quality model.
November 26, 201213 yr 757 is by far my favorite plane. I think it's just phenomenal looking. Plus it's performance is outrageous. Hopefully well have a full featured one someday. Randy Swofford
November 26, 201213 yr Too bad we'll probably never get to a experience a PMDG 757. Wait for the B772/ER with Trents.. - Luke Pabari
November 27, 201213 yr A good 757 is what's missing for FSX. One that has an updated glass cockpit would be nice since CS failed when they attempted to do it. David Smith "A mile of road will take you a mile. A mile of runway will take you anywhere!"
November 28, 201213 yr We've certainly made non-Boeing aircraft: J41 = BAe MD-11 = McDonnell-Douglas DC-6 = Douglas That said, we have no plans aside from what's announced - that's 777, DC-6, and 747-400/-8 2.0. The chance we're going to make a 757/767 is slim to none. That is very sad news for me. I fly for a VA and many of my assignments are for the 757. In fact, the only reason I still have FS9 installed on my computer is to run the PSS 757 and 777, because with all of PSS's problems, I prefer them to QW or CS by a mile. The 777 problem wil be solved soon, and I was hoping maybe someday, PMDG would step in and save the day with a 757. But the unequvical declaration " The chance we're going to make a 757/767 is slim to none." leaves no doubt. Not your problem, I understand. Thanks. Dan Cole Dan Cole

November 29, 201213 yr I thought that there was a "secret" project coming up? What of the DASH 8? The "secret projects" are the DC-6 and 744/8 2.0. The Dash 8? I think it's officially on the back burner for now. Kenny Lee"Keep climbing"
November 29, 201213 yr Too bad we'll probably never get to a experience a PMDG 757. It would have been awesome spooling up those Rolls Royce 211's and blasting off! I gave up waiting for the 757 - yes it would have been nice - but how many Boeing twin engine planes do we need. 737, 757, 767, 777, 787? I am happy with the LD767 and the PMDG 737. The 777 will be a nice addition next year. Paul Gugliotta
November 29, 201213 yr I'll take a full fidelity 757 anytime. I don't care if they're all retired when it comes. Randy Swofford
