The abacus 787, best addon ever

No I wouldn't but talking trash about somones hard work isn't right either its one thing to.critique but its another to make fun of it

lets put it this way.

i couldn't make a tyre for it...but there are people who buy Abacus Aircraft who should expect some kind of Quality control for just basic things like the rudder defect and the wing flex.yes the VC is not good although it probably works .

I personally wouldn't buy Abacus software,I've been around since FS early days ,there are however new people coming to FS all the time and these people are not aware of the standard of some companies software.it's also easy to make something not very good look amazing in a short video.

If they don't evolve, then the enevitable happens.

you call this hard work ? they don't even know what is a rudder.

everybody here can make what they did with less than 1 month of training in 3d modellng.

Now that was funny !

Talek, I got it but I find it really interesting that some people missed it and actually thought you were serious !

Greg

Yeah, I thought that was interesting as well.

It's like they drew it on mspaint

lol. I really enjoy the video. And with all respect, men, why can they still survive on the market????

I've said it before and I'll say it again: PMDG, LDS - pure garbage. When you see how companies like Abacus and Perfect Flight have raised the bar of flight simulation and offer such hyper-realistic fidelity for only $30, you have to stand and applaud their dedication and talent. I, for one, have deleted all all PMDG and LDS products and now fly exclusively the Abacus 787. My friends who are real 787 pilots for Pan Am and Eastern Airlines come over to my house once a week just to utilize my Abacus products just so they can stay sharp in-between real world flights.

Yeah, I would also recommend to try AFS Design, they have many awesome features that users of PMDG, Level D, FSLabs and others can only dream of.

http://www.simflight...340-family-fsx/

Ignore all the text and scroll down to see all those amazing features! Invisible high tech cargo doors, simulated failures that don't even require you to enable them (like holes in the wing, with gear bay doors).

The best thing is that they haven't wasted time on creating individual models for A340-500 & A340-200 & A330-200 if I remember right, instead A340-500 is a repaint of A340-600 model with less windows, same goes with A340-200 and A330-200 if I remember correctly. Of course they didn't even bother to mention this amazing fact in their product page, how generous!

Also includes female copilot in incredibly high quality.

Now I've been messing around with FS Design Studio for around 5 days and I think I'm starting to reach the amazing level of quality of these aircraft addons.

I have to say, that plane has alot of things wrong with it. First of all the Wings dont flex that much up when just sitting on the runway. Second, the nose is wrong and the whole plane looks stretched. Why would you never buy PMDG again? This Plane looks like junk to me, much like the Abacus A380.

To be as fair as it's possible to be, I would point out that the version in the OP's video was a very early Alpha version...

...even ABACUS wouldn't release a model with the rudder FUBARed like that!

Aside from which, here is an image of the custom gauge/panel system I created for them... :)

This abacus 787 clearly beats the QualityWings 787 that's in development, QWSim stands no chance against this beast of a product, and its only 30 US Dollars, it should be worth at least 90 USD!
