March 23, 201313 yr Really scary crosswind landing in poor visibility at Narita. Wouldn't be surprised if some passengers were injured on this landing. Stan
March 23, 201313 yr The number 3 engine nearly impacted the runway. Wow, that would have been some serious pucker factor. Chris Sunseri
March 23, 201313 yr Love the A380. That is some serious crabbing going on in that approach, and you can clearly see the "dance if the ailerons" where FBW is moving all surfaces trying to dampen the ride and maintain the commanded pitch and direction. There are some very impressive crosswind landing videos for Narita in YouTube. Thanks for sharing this. Will Reynolds Flight Sim Addict
March 23, 201313 yr I wonder how many of the wheels had to be replaced OOH that was a horrible landing! great for the conditions but a bad landing! March 23, 201313 yr Seeing such a large aircraft being tossed around is remarkable. Challenging winds are partly why a good payware rendition of Narita should be developed!
March 23, 201313 yr I would love to see Narita as well. The YouTube channel of Masaaki Asukayama is fantastic for crosswind landings in Narita Will Reynolds Flight Sim Addict
