July 11, 201312 yr Quick question, i notice in the manuals it says something along the lines that the brakes perform better when they are heated up, is that why in a lot of videos ive watched they land with idle reverse? Sunrise: Dawn Set: Atmospheric Dawn [OD] Daytime: Day Set: Azure [OD] Sunset: Dusk Set: Delicious [OD] I wasn't actually flying with any weather engine on though because the main purpose of the test flight was VNAV performance and you want to eliminate variables to make sure the system works on its own before you start introducing variables like wind etc. I think this was just the custom FSX weather with no wind and 40nm visibility set.
