August 16, 201312 yr Author Commercial Member great vid Kyle keep em coming Thanks! Another one will be up tonight, probably, with a concentration on me breaking things B) I think the poor guy after you would trip over everything if you left it as dark as you had it during the flight Definitely! Even real world, I tend to reset everything for the next person (specifically the transponder, because of the special procedure at JYO, where I'll set it to the outbound code for the next guy after I land.) As far as the lights go, as soon as I don't need my super night vision anymore, the lights come up more so I can actually see the things that aren't lit (my flight bag, its contents, my pen, and so on - haha.) looks nice just watched a bit like this, but still don't want to see everything before it arrives here A bit of surprises is nice Thanks! Surprises are nice, so I'm right with ya there! I really just wanted to show everyone the powerup sounds. However, one thing I did see and got me totally excited as a 2D panel fan is.......drums ruffling......a 2D MCP panel :-) :-) Please tell me I can drag that to my touchscreen monitor (23" ACER thouch) just like I allways do with the 737NGX CDU so I can physically push those buttons!? I think they're undockable like the rest, so you should be good to go! And I agree, realy interesting to hear your voice, totally different of course than I expected, nothing skandinavian about it haha. Yeah, I haven't been back since...2004 or 2005, so I've gotten a decade of absorbing the local accent, and ridding myself of the Scandinavian/Midwest, don't'cha'know? Can I ask, i know the NGX doesn't have this, but for the T7, can the cockpit windows be opened? Haven't tried. I doubt it, though. ...and to all of those who simply said "thanks," I really appreciate that as well, but in order to keep this response from getting to be crazy long, I didn't quote you directly, but thanks for watching! I really appreciate you taking the time to provide me feedback, and I hope you don't feel short-changed with my grouped response for all of you! Kyle Rodgers
August 16, 201312 yr Kyle, nice to put a voice to a face. Managed to watch 20 mins of this in work, but I'll watch the full thing now! (I totally didn't pay attention and actually thought you were Scandinavian - a quick look at your location would have proved otherwise!) Karl Brooker
August 16, 201312 yr Great video Kyle. And as others already stated..... I didn't expect you to sound like that haha Not meant in a bad way of course regards, Alexander Marx
August 16, 201312 yr haha - I'm beginning to get curious as to how people thought I'd sound (I'm imagining either some whiny-voiced guy, or Arnold Schwarzenegger while angry.) Well, hard to tell now. Maybe more like Jason Segel type voice. Yeah, my apologies to all employers for releasing this such that people would be watching it on a Friday, where motivation is low anyway. Not really about motivation in my case. I literally have nothing to do (which is a good thing in my field - for some time anyway. Longterm... yeah.) I am watching it on and off during the shift, though I don't think I'll be able to finish it. --Peter Fabian

(I totally didn't pay attention and actually thought you were Scandinavian - a quick look at your location would have proved otherwise!) Yeah, it's always interesting to see YouTube videos from people here and think *so that's what he sounds like!* ...and my heritage is from over there, but my immediate family is all around DC now, so yes and no. If you look at where the Norwegian part of my family is from, I guess it would explain my attitude sometimes: Northern, small-town, I-really-hate-being-around-people Norway. Well, hard to tell now. Maybe more like Jason Segel type voice. haha - I guess I could see that. Too bad I can't do impressions. I'd do a whole video in someone else's voice just to mess with people. Kyle Rodgers

August 16, 201312 yr your CG changed when you updated the fuel, but you didn't change it in the takeoff page so your speeds and trim were wrong Mitch Brown Private Pilot | Aerospace Engineering Major
August 16, 201312 yr Author Commercial Member your CG changed when you updated the fuel, but you didn't change it in the takeoff page so your speeds and trim were wrong haha - yeah, I was wondering why the TRIM val was so far off from what I had in there before. After the third time trying to get you all something interesting in one night, I think my mind was already in my bed by that point. Kyle Rodgers
August 16, 201312 yr My question might sound dumb but I was wondering where is the TOGA button in the T7 ? Brandon Promeneur
