This has already been said: SUBMIT A TICKET. I didn't receive the download link => ticket => solved in less than an hour.

I got up at 1:30 AM here in UK and all went super smooth. DL and installed within 5 mins. Perfect.

 

Unlike the JS41 and the NG out of the box, this does not crash fsx on exiting the sim.

 

Have to say after setting up start up state(long, love that state) and cameras etc. What a fantastic job you have done.

And yes, this is a whole new bird compared to the 737NGX, in lots of different ways.

 

Even so, I found I could get her started up from C&D with FP loaded and FD and AP programmed and running, while barely having to reference the manuals -- very intiutive, and a lot of excellent improvements in realism in the interface (haven't needed to use any "hidden clickspots" to do things, and even got my system into a state where I could only use the mouse in the cockpit, not the keyboard, on one flight, and it was _still_ very usable that way!).
