May the T7 be a bit cheaper?

Featured Replies

Hi, i would like to know if PMDG will ever reduce the price on the 777. i dont want to pat 90 dollars for an addon. if it will remain like this for much longer, i will have to buy, cause i dont think i will resist much time without it.

Thanks

I guess you never know, but I highly doubt it.  The only time I saw a PMDG bird cheaper than the website was when the Queen got boxed and sold at best buy...and that was years after the initial release.

I would say just get it.

I would doubt very much if the price comes down within the next few years NGX for example.

There is so much packed into the 777 I would pay double the money if not more for it.

The MD-11 dropped in price a few years after release.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think the MD11 was a huge success for PMDG.

It was and still is an amazing aircraft.

It's ashame that no more updates will be done to it.

No! Don't wait for it, get it now!! The 10 dollars discount will have no meaning two years from now!

No the MD-11 was not a huge success but was and still is a huge advancement in FS technology and automated systems. It remains one of my favorites to fly. Huge success or not it still took time for the price to drop.

+1:

With different retailers selling the T7 in a box, the box price may fall some 10%.

And with PMDG pushing out the 744v2.0 they might reduce the price of the T7 a bit.

Not worth the long wait. Get it now!

What happened to AVSIM

PMDG is like the classy brand for FS addons, similar to Chanel, Prada etc for luxurious items.  Every christmas sale, everyone (even swarovski) has discounts, the higher end brands don't.  So I highly doubt PMDG will have a "sale" as such...

Learning to use and getting use to FSX!

It is a lot of money you have to pay, but the 777 is totally worth every cent.

It's totally worth your money. You should really consider buying it. It's a piece of Art.

Just buy it. It's a masterpiece. 90 bucks gives you entertainment for years to come. Worth every penny.

Orbx has a  generous discount for seniors. It would be great if PMDG could implement the same system and also include students and the disabled.

End of the day it will generate profits for them as sales would increase x multiples as these people would now be in the PMDG "system"
