Price for the pro license remained the same.

And the new stock planes look awesome. Carenado Bonanza being included is really cool.

I've been pressing refresh on their site most of the afternoon :) OMG 6 sleeps to go...

Thanks for the head's up! Definetley going for the $2300 Professional Plus lisence :P !

The A36 is my all time favorite, and that Extra 300s from Alabeo can be quite handy.

Ramón.
Time, is the one thing no one can buy.

Yeah. I love the A36.

And the fighter jets look really well done too. Getting four addon planes in the base product is a good bonus.

Great to see that the cost of the Academic Licence hasn't been increased much. Can't wait for the release.

I spotted a dreaded blurry in the F-35A screenshot...

I Will be using for Simulation. Luckily there's this category in the Professional License :)

Learning to use and getting use to FSX!

Guys can you help me out with these licensing categories? I'm having a hard time actually attaching specific features to the licensing categories - or is that purely usage-based, and the software does the same no matter which license?

Coming from Germany: what is a K-12 student? I would use P3D for training/simulation to accompany my real world PPL flying, that means I'm in the professional license category I guess?

Every version is the same under the professional version (professional plus is another product and for military use).

Pro license, Academic, Developer. Only difference is a tiny watermark on the Academic version.

You buy based on your qualified usuage. Most people here will being using it for home simulation and should buy the professional license at $199.99.

I'm going to enroll in something at one of our Universities (might not get in but will try). In which case, do you swear to "learn" about aviation while you use this "simulator"? If so then....
