Piper Tomahawk at CZST Stewart BC (X-plane)

Featured Replies

Flying the Alabeo Piper Tomahawk around CZST Stewart BC. I love FSX, but I'm enjoying X-plane as there are some really great addons becoming available.

I took a "walk" around the town looking at all the incredible detail. First time I found my self in a flight sim doing something other than flying.

how did you walk ?

You can kind of walk by pressing 'C' and using the arrow and , (comma) and . (period) keys to navigate. Use the shift key to give extra speed.

Yep, pressing C will free the camera, and you can move it where ever as described. I used the period or comma (can't remember which) to move forward and the mouse to look/steer. It feels more like driving a car. I was racing around the streets. Found a couple of restaurants.

You mean when I am in the aircraft I press C, and do they serve beers in those restaurants ?

yes, after you press C, use the arrow keys along with the period and comma key to move the camera around.

I'll look for the beer trucks.
