June 22, 201411 yr I don't have a budget as such but more of a "wish list" that I'll tackle through the year. I picked up T2G Istanbul yesterday from Simmarket, oh wow what a job they did on this work of art! Next on the list is FB Denver for me and after that will be Aerosoft's new Heathrow when its released. The damn list goes on and on lol and there are those special "Must have now" releases, that's when the credit card steps and takes control! Well, the Mrs spends her fair share on mascaras, lippys, foundations, hair dyes, shoes, hanbags.............. (do I need to go on?!) and us lads have needs too! June 22, 201411 yr I have been through most hardware over the years and have ended up with a Flight Sim Centre 737 Cockpit with 210 degree fov. Also all the parts to build a C172 Panel which will sit on my one seat motion sled surrounded by 180 degree visuals too. Regards Andrew

June 22, 201411 yr I go in cycles. Sometimes I go for a few months without an add on purchase, sometimes every week or every other week for a few months. This past week, I've decided to get more scenery for the Mediterranean/Europe. I want to fly from one payware airport to another, keeping the flights less than 3 hours. That came up to $220 this past week. The most I've spent at one time was $500. Nature Boy
June 22, 201411 yr I'm in the more moderate category... 50EUR a month max, and then again not every month! Only when I see something that caches my attention and i can see the use of it. However, this month I jumped on the Orbx sale for 33% discount and bought the 4 NA regions. So there goes my 50EUR budget of May/June. Approx twice a year, I spend the same budget on TrainSim addon as well. :) Regards, Vital Vanbeginne
June 22, 201411 yr Well, I have tried to cut the spending concentrating on just a few countries and only to the planes that have aroused my interest or fit those sceneries I own. Even then this has gone out of hand. Even now I´m waiting new parts for my PC to get just a couple of fps more... Luckily I feel that I own already all addons I really need and there is not much in the works that would interest me much. And even the most wanted is free when it is ready (the C-47 with original cockpit). But to come to the point I guess the average spending for this hobby is around 500 euros a year. Wait, or maybe a 1000 is more realistic... I really don´t want to count it.
