Beautiful shots Kevin. I too have purchased both Autogenesis and Photogenesis and can attest that they are indeed simply stunning. They are amongst the very best scenery packages I have ever bought (the others that are in that category are all ES creations too!). The night lighting effects are breathtaking - the most realistic-looking I have ever seen. Can't wait for the rest of the UK to fill up with these!

Hi, my humble opinion is that FSX pics seem better and more natural regarding airplane's merging into scenery/background. FSX's pics were much more 3d than p3p2's.

Think that's just because the altitude was less in the P3D2 shots giving a different perspective...

I've never been to that area - do the colors really look like that?  They seem oversaturated to me.

The colours are very representative of the real place in summer yes, unlike the GenX scenery of Scotland which is completely washed out.

Yes indeed - the highlands can be a very colourful and beautiful place in the Summer. I think the scenery captures this very well. The GenX ones were a little underwhelming in that respect - very dull colours.

The UK is going to be one awesome flying environment with all eighteen volumes of this installed.

Kevin,

Maybe you could post a few screenshots showing the autogen buildings in a village or small town from low altitude? Your mountain screenshots look great, but I think it would be useful for potential customers to see some of the 3D objects that are included in the package? I will post some screenshots of my own when I get everything installed, but I am proceeding slowly with respect to addon installations in P3D. I want to be careful, and make sure that everything works before I start throwing heavy duty stuff at it!

For the record, guys......the AutoGenesis (3D objects) packages and the 60cm PhotoGenesis data can be obtained with a more traditional download format. You don't have to use ESI to download this scenery. So go and get it, because you aren't going to see better flightsim scenery anywhere! B)

Yes, the green is far too bright for UK grass. The only time you'll see green that colour in the UK, is with a covering of algae in a brackish pond.

Haha good catch. I like green grass, greener the better.

Of course I have. I look every day, being a narcissist.

But that grass is more saturated in colour than the grass under my feet.

BTW, the grass under my feet is not in the UK, but in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, USA  :P
