If so will it be an all in one installer to capture all previous updates so everything is up to date? Finally, any idea of a release date? Hi - yes, there is a significant update just about to be launched - depending on the feedback from beta testers it will be launched next friday or the following friday. It will be a complete package but divided in two downloads as it is quite big.
June 2, 20197 yr Is the new update going to cover FSX:SE as well, or is it for P3D? Heck, I'm not complaining as I enjoy the current Global Shipping for FSX:SE as it is. Just asking. Thanks. This Friday, next Friday or the second Friday in July. Really not concerned. This package will be worth the wait whatever Friday it's released on.
June 9, 20197 yr Author The 15th... After that I will be travelling and unable to upload for several weeks... But I think we are almost there - the Beta testers are not finding a lot 😄 Itajai; Brazil
June 10, 20197 yr Some more testing, I've left Europe behind and explored the coasts off Ecuador, Japan, South Korea, China, Bahamas, Florida and Cuba. A couple of things I noticed were the smoke stack on the Angela and an apparent lack of lighting on the the Sedna Desgagnes? Here's the Angela - Here's the Sedna Desgagnes - Ian S
June 11, 20197 yr A bit more testing, firstly off Cardiff in the Bristol Channel looking for the Volvo racing yachts, plenty of leisure going on there, then to the business end of the shipping industry off Egypt and in to the Suez Canal. Ian S
June 11, 20197 yr Looking great! Does anyone know what the total number of ships (including the forthcoming update) is going to be? Currently in FSX:SE I believe there's about 800. June 11, 20197 yr Author It dépends how you count... unique mdl or sim.cfg entries - the later should be a bit above 1000 but I stopped counting.
June 13, 20197 yr Author thanks Carl, it is nice to have a beta tester with better control than the designer... However I Just received the Australian navy so we can add a bunch...
