Bryan, first of all thanks for all the great products. 2nd, is it possible to get a bit more interaction with cabin crew and passengers i.e Stopping cabin service during moderate to severe turbulence or maybe even some interaction with ground staff. I sure that with the revamp its going to be a lot on your plate and believe me it's sincerely appreciated. Can't wait for UGCX...hope it's soon  :mellow: Cheers Bryan.

I have just installed the new version of the NGX in FSX. Now I get an SDK-Error everytime I start FS2Crew. Is there something I can do or have we to wait for an update so that FS2Crew works with servicepack1d?

It will work in SP1D... just follow the SDK troubleshooting steps here:

There was an option for that in the old NGX Version, but you had to manually modify a CFG file.

 

With Reboot, you'll do it via a sub-menu.  Much easier.

 

 

Would you mind sharing which CFG file needs to be updated?  I'd like to enable this.

Go to this location:

 

C:\Users\*********YOUR USER NAME*****\AppData\Roaming\FS2Crew2010\Versions\PMDG737NGX\SavedData\

 

Open FS2CrewData.ini with notepad.

 

Change the 0 to a 1 in this line:

 

LdgLights=0

I can't say because I don't know what PMDG has done with the P3D version. They may have made changes.

any update on that? Or an installation guide if possible?. I tried to edit the panel cfg, added al the fs2 crew lines (and the folder) to no avail..

I am also an addicted FS2crew, I have realized I don't buy panels if

FS2crew isn't availible.

One thing though I am a bit sceptic about is the automatic Fasten seat belts

off @ 10000 ft. It is not always appropriate and I think it should be manual/capt's

decision.

Reboot NGX has already changed the way that works.

 

Way it works now is at around 6000 the FO will ask you: "Happy to release the cabin?"

 

If you say Yes, he'll then set the Seatbelts to Auto.

Can't wait !...purchased my NGX P3D on Friday, installed it and didn't touch it the whole weekend..and I won't until Reboot arrives

Just read a facebook comment by Bryan and it seems I was mistakenly thinking it will come up sometime this week. So, now I think I should install the previous version until Reboot is released.

 

Does installing the previous NGX FS2Crew version poses any risks for P3D, PMDG or FS2Crew installations? If so, should we wait instead?
