The tool should be finished in the next 5-7 days, so stay tuned.

Very much looking forward to it and very much appreciated.

last Rob. post .. "I have a feeling P3D V3.3 might bring us atmospheric scattering ... seems like the ground work for this."

Intresting .. It would be amazing ..

Now that the clouds shadows are darker and much more noticeable, did anyone noticed the clouds shadows are kinda flickering and dancing ? Especially on mountain and uneven terrain.

By the way the cirrus clouds stay bright at night.

Thanks for observation. I will try to fix that but can't promise.

Wondering what impact an update of P3D will have after someone installs these shaders.?

Just a quick note to say keep up the hard work. For me, the best change to come along since I switched to P3D when v2 came out  :good:

P3D will overwrite the tweaked files and very possibly we will back to square one because LM is changing shader files practically after every update.

It is good that you are documenting the parts you are configuring that leads to this result. Hopefully, starting from square 1 will not require a steep learning curve.

Or who knows maybe your tool can grow with the changes and who knows what else...

... Appreciate your efforts, great mod. ... Just as important as REX to me...

Exactly. Should not be a problem altering new version of shader files. The only problem is a fact that you must invest time to test tweaks in new version, especially if LM changed some algorithms.

Thank you and cheers!

Is it possible to make even darker clouds shadows ? I mean to go less then 0.1 to negtive ?
