Taxi2gate LFPG Released

Make a backiup of your  DLL.xml file ( C \ Usres \Your name \ AppData \ Roaming \ Lockheed Martin \ Prepar3Dv3 )

If this is the same AutogenMerger as Bill Womack's Nantucket uses, this one makes an entry into EXE.xml.

KInd regards, Michael

I bought this scenery last night and it's absolutely fantastic highly recommended money well spent.

Angus Rowlands: i7 8700 RTX Asus Strix 2080, 16 GB RAM

Maybe try this 'LFPG-LIB-GRASS'?

Yep, that's correct. I suffixed the above file as well as 'LFPG-OBJ-GRASS' and 'LFPG-OBJ-GRASS-DETAIL' with 'OFF' and that disabled 3D grass. I suppose moving them out of the folder to another location would also do the same as renaming them.

Hi Ed,

Thanks , I am fine.

As I read it you are fine too.

You can point the installer to where you want it.

In my case my E drive.

It will make an Addon folder + a seperate scenery and texture folder.

Then the Tool will be started automatically and you can choose your Fs.

Leave the scenery in the created Addon folder ; the Tool will look there for the Autogen files.

The files in the seperate created texture folder have to be copied into the main Texture folder.

The files in the seperate scenery folder have to go into Scenery \ EURW etc ( see readme )

Add the Paris scenery manually in the Library.

Startup P3D ; you will be asked to accept the Tool. Accept.

After startup from P3D shut it down.

Restart P3D .

Go to Paris and Slew till you are over the City .

You should see the scenery ( if not 1 reload will add it . Afterwards not needed anymore)

Happy flying..

Thanks Gerard. Clear enough. Will try today!.

Cheers, Ed

Thank very much for your post anyway. It will make me trying the Paris scenery as well. Just the optimum backgroud for LFPG.

Initially, I was quite upset to have one more strange beast in my P3D zoo, however, there seems to be no way around as more and more even renowned makers seem to use it now.

Kind regards, Michael

Hi, Gerard. Installed the scenery and you were right, it's a beautiful masterpiece, a lot of renowned places in perfect detail!. I don't think any French simmer could live without!.

A little VAS eater, and now with the new LFPG around, even more!. I installed the light version anyway.

Thanks for your help again.

Cheers, Ed

Perfect, waited long for a Paris airport!

Will buy tonight...

Ok. Did a test flight with PMDG 77W around airport to see how it ran.....it ran flawlessly @ 30fps

Did a real flight from VHHH, by the time i lined up on 08R FPS went to hell.

One thing I notice too, when on approach all of sudden i saw a HUGH clutter of AI appearing on the ND of T7 on top of each other over the airport .....then eventually disappearing from ND. Not sure what happened there :Hmmmph:

Saw the white blobs. Wierd

Eric

Saw the white blobs. Wierd

ohhhh. You saw them too

Did anyone else see this as well?
