What does that mean? Is it just a cosmetic change as it still seems to offer the same 3 variants: manual w/ detector, manual w/o detector and auto

I changed the engine volume for RR engines and then switched to a GE variant but it shows the same volume setting. Am i doing anything wrong here?

 

I keep getting a MSVCP140.dll error every time I try to update the 747 only. This is a first because PMDG Ops Center has never given me this problem and I haven't changed anything for a few months.

Thank you for the list. Hoped PMDG would have but this up with there post. So good to see it at work.

I had this error, too. I have Win 7 64 bit. Downloaded this C++ package:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=48145

and installed BOTH the x86 and x64 version. The error disappeared and could update.

Thanks. That solved the problem. I'm also running Win7 64. 

After updating, in P3D, when selecting any QotS II livery, P3D CTDs.

Many thanks for incorporating my request to synchronize the HPA or IN units.

As soon as I click on the update in the OC, I get an error, "windows cannot find 'PMDG updater_744_XSE.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and  then try again. Behind the error is the OC telling me the update has completed , and that the message will clear when the update is completed.

 

Update failing , Starts updates then hangs at 4 out of 65 .
Will not update for now because Aircraft not usable.

I have now reinstalled the QotS II from my original downloaded version from 31 jan because the PMDG server kept stalling, now all I get is black screens in the cockpit.

How  long  did  you wait  or  did it  came up with errors  some of the 65  updates  does   take  awhile   to update whilst  others   take little  time  so if  you closed  it  before  it  could  update   could be  your  issue  now

I have the same issue as Rick. I've cancelled the download 4 or 5 times today but keep getting stuck at 4 out of 65. 4 is a bigger download size so I assumed it would take longer but it's been 5 hours now.

I'm guessing it's the PMDG servers being hammered. However I didn't have any issues when the queen was initially released.

I would have preferred a normal stand alone update download option rather than the flashing in limbo underscore dos key.

THIS IS IMPORTANT: Let the updater finish before you do anything else.  Don't click it.  Don't touch it.  Don't navigate to another window and try to run it again.  Don't pick your nose while whistling. (just making sure you are paying attention...)  Let the thing finish it's work...

suggest  you submit  a support  ticket  in now
