P3D v5 available now to buy..... downloading in 321


Main PC: AMD Ryzen 3800X, GIGABYTE X570 Auros Ultra, 32GB DDR4 3200 MHz RAM, Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD, SAMSUNG QVO (1TB) SSD, 2 * 1 TB M.2 2280 Nvme SSD, Toshiba (4TB) HDD, WD (2TB) HDD, PALIT GTX 1070* 8 GB vRAM, CORSAIR H100i GTX Water cooler, SAITEK X55 JOYSTICK/THROTTLES, SAITEK YOKE, 2 * SAITEK throttles, SAITEK PEDALS

*new GPU planned (30xx or Big Navi) when I can get one but I may have to wait a short time (ie the more vRam the better or whatever I can afford) to see what's best for me.

Unable to buy or download. I get multiple "Error establishing a database connection".

I like to call them excited. Either way, I wasn't going to buy it today myself because I knew this would happen. I'll just take my turn when the release day dust has settled because then I'll actually be able to proceed to checkout in under 15 mins. 😆

I got through to the downloads page and it's clipping along at ~5MB/s. Should be done in an hour or so.

It's the chief reason I couldn't give a poo less about MSFS until it is on the market. I won't care the day before or the morning of. When it is out and is what it is purported to be, then I'll get excited. Until then, I couldn't care less. It's a unicorn.
