You just got to wonder if these releases are ever truly tested before release.  Seems to be happening in other programs and fixes too. Starting to get really frustrating for the users.....who pay for workable products.

Some of these installation packages are as complex as the product they are installing Stan. It is way too easy to get the product build correct and forget one little variable in the install package.

Given the number of potential configurations, setups (and misconfigurations) that are possible with client software, if you want something that's truly tested nothing will ever be released. There's a reason why most commercial sims have very strict restrictions on their state and setup - restrictions that most people would never accept on their PCs.

I found the problem and fixed. Caused to my dev pc with the new windows 10 update of last week.

Installer reuploaded.
