Envshade - PBR Update released

Featured Replies

I have restored back to originals as well every version of envshade I have tried on v5 gives me psychedelic cloud colored textures once in a while. Even seeing this on ground textures as well.  Does not happen all the time but enough to kill the immersion.  I need to post this on their site to see if anyone else is seeing same.  And yes I have cleared shaders.

Yeah, I really don't like what it does to the dome light in the NGXu: https://imgur.com/a/m5SRcZN

exactly.  Also noticed some weirdness in the MD88.  Even the FSL I didn't like that much.

I haven’t updated yet but is there not an option to turn off shaders for VC and just use them for other thing such as cloud, sun etc

I can't figure out what setting it would be under. There's nothing specific to the VC AFAIK.

Interesting. I thought Maxime mentioned in a post a few weeks ago that it would be configurable. Might be worth a post on their forums

PTA has examples in pictures. Changes are clearly presented. It is not clear what the Normal position is. Does this mean no change?

In Maddog, the cockpit is nicely lit.

But the sunset is definitely not looking right

219 percent is really impressive stuff.

Are we supposed to be able to make shader adjustments in-game? I'm "installing" the shader settings when I change the sliders and then hitting refresh shaders in the sim but not seeing a difference.

I don’t think we can change on the fly. Would be a nice addition if we could

Does it apply to Enhanced Atmosphere mode?

I would like to ask the same question

That's an EA (beta) mode issue.  LM can fix and I expect that in 5.1

I doubt it's anything that EnvShade can fix, but you never know.

souns like LM is working on it 😉

I'm confused, does the Aircraft Cockpit Shadows setting do anything at all in P3D5 now or is that still not working?

Using Envshade makes some of my cockpits uselessly dark.
