This is the sim that we all have been waiting for.  Look at the graphics wow.  Jarrad's work on this is just impressive.  Orbx must have some tool to convert and enhance their products into MSFS super fast.

Either that or they've been working on it a lot longer than we think. 😄 

I suspect they've been involved from the beginning, and JV's surprise at the announcement was actually surprise that it was announced so soon.

I am 100% positive they were working on it from Day 1.

Well, that one interview stated that Orbx had made hundreds of airports.

Do you have any other information that you can share?

Orbx was used to build many of the 37000 airports. They were leased along with one other third party company to do so. So many of the default airports have been made by orbx. Interesting if orbx made the default and then sells an upgrade for the same airports.

That is good ole capitalism

I noticed that in one Xplane11 True Earth locations especially where they have an addon airport.  Usually those airports were crappy in T.E, but all is well when the addon is installed whereas other default airports were nice.  They are gonna protect their work.  Either way, I am a huuuge Orbx word not allowed (even alpha tested their Orbx Central - I am so glad few of my suggestions got implemented)

It’s funny seeing people who have no idea speculate about this. 

Orbx did not have any knowledge prior to the announcement. I was physically with the entire team the moment it was announced and they were on the phone within minutes trying to find out more (yes, this includes JV).  

Whether they were contracted afterwards I highly doubt, but they found out the same second everybody else did. 

Flying online is going to be such an amazing experience! I look forward in doing group flights and explore the world together!

Ok, now I'm sure, what will be my first purchased add-on 🙂 .

He avoided the end of the airport with the train station and moving trains ??

very nice, I wonder what the future will bring and if my pc can handle it all with these fantastic looking aircrafts / scenery and add ons in MSFS 2020
