I removed the aig-aitraffic-oci-beta and aig-aitraffic-oci-beta-CVT_ from my Community folder, and it appeared to update properly. When it got to the main AI Manager screen, I closed the program. I put the 2 folders back in Community and it is back to the no start disappearing act. I have 2 entries in my Application event log .NET Event 1026 Application: AIGTech - AI Manager.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. February 18, 20224 yr Got mine working, too. Repeated the same install process I did the first time and it updated. If it is less than that, it has not fully downloaded. Delete the zip file you have and start AIG-Manager again. This time, be patient, it can take a long time to download the zip file and AIG-Manager will appear to be "not responding". Even after AIG-Manager is updated, it will be very slow if it has to download anything that is not available on other servers. I have all airlines installed and it took around six hours to update 108 airlines (with one manual download required) (I'm not complaining). A great deal of patience is currently required. As Kaiii3 mentioned, the "backup" server is a PC connected via an ISP. It is not a proper "server" with a high speed connection. I'm surprised Kaiii3's ISP is allowing it. But then again, my experience with Canadian ISP's. Thank you Kaiii3 for at least letting us do updates while you sort out the server issues. ...jim Hmm..the one I downloaded now multiple times from p. 81 of this thread is 9,057kb?
February 18, 20224 yr How does parking work at airports? For example at KSAN, I had Southwest planes at other gates and vise versa with other airlines. FedEx was at a passenger gate area too Asus Tuf Gaming Plus B550 - Ryzen 7 5800X3D - Asus GeForce 4080 RTX OC Edition - 64GB DDR4 (3600Mhz) - EVGA 850W Power Supply - 2X 1 TB NVME PCIE gen 4 - Windows 11 (25H2)

If the aircraft author added the appropriate parking types to the aircraft.config files. It’s also up to the airport author to have proper parking spots as well. February 18, 20224 yr first set of data is migrated and you should see a better performance already, final move is estimated to be done over the weekend.
February 18, 20224 yr It was not that bad for me. It took about an hour to check and update. But, I come from a place where sometimes I had to wait hours for an ORBX TE region to download. MSFS
February 18, 20224 yr For those saying you have it updated successfully, is your AIG Manager version now showing 1.1.0.84 or 1.1.0.85? I was able to successfully upgrade to .84. But this is a 2-step upgrade and we are supposed to be able to then extract the .85 .zip file (newly created in the main AIG Manager directory) and use those files to upgrade to 1.1.0.85. But in my case, that file always downloads as a 8192K file and cannot be extracted due to corruption (Unexpected end of archive error). So I am stuck on the 1.1.0.84 version and every time I start AIG Manager it tries to update to the newer version and goes through this same process again... Edited February 18, 20224 yr by PlumCrazy

I got mine to run thanks to the help of the folks on this thread. The download should be at least 9,087kb. Use this link: https://www.alpha-india.net/ai-manager/. Don't try to extract the .zip. Just click on it and open. Then copy the contents in to your AIG Manager folder. Before you click the application, make sure you hover over and it says version 1.1.0.85. I kept clicking the .84 one.

I actually was able to successfully upgrade to 1.1.0.85 this morning, using the same procedure I was using (maybe a dozen times) yesterday. Not sure what changed, but it is working now.

February 18, 20224 yr I have a question on the GA planes. Is it better to turn off the default GA planes or keep them on so there would be GA planes parked at smaller airports. I know there are lots of AIG GA flightplans and traffic...are those better? I chose to keep it on and I really like how at smaller airports you see and hear GA and when you go to the bigger airports you hear the airliners. MSFS
