Not down, just takes a lot longer to update to v11085.  Even if the task manager says the program is not responding leave it do it's thing for at least ten minutes before killing it and starting over.

Well the collecting and loading OCI data is very slow.... 😉

here too, loading OCI data runs now since more than 30 minutes. Is this normal or should I stop it and restart.

I've installed the latest Software, run Verify Setup & Texture and then Verify Setup again yet I have a Black/Textureless 747 in Sim (just one, other Aircraft seem ok). Any ideas? (can't attach a pic to this post)

Edit: added the pic to the Official Forum thread, for clarity this is what I'm seeing:

It's the Cathay 747-8 and has been this way since beta was opened to us. I've reported it as have others and it's still not fixed. Along with the 787-900(See pic) that has a white strip along the fuselage.

Since this is my first time running verify setup, what do I do after it's done checking?

I checked the errors section and it found 3. How do I fix these?

For now I deleted the 3 airliners and re-installed them.

I've been lucky. I have not seen any black textures yet.

force close the program, go into the app folder, then the 'Resources' folder, delete the 3 zips there, then delete everything in the Database folder and restart the program. That usually fixes it for me. Depending on how many flight plans you have installed it will still take a while though.

Good to know about being patient, thanks!

Bobby posted this here a while ago,  it's pretty useful imo.

Thanks, this helped. After the servers were back and DL'ing in extracting the new zips(Kaiii3's Links a couple pages back in this thread), tried running it twice. First time it hung on verifying, and 2nd time it hung on loading into the program. I only had 2 zips in the resources folder, and cleaned out the databases folder and re-ran the manager and worked as expected on the 3rd try. Had 30 'airlines' to update.

Could one of you very kind people remind me where the instructions are for adding GA Flight plans? Also anyone know where the F18 aircraft.cfg is located so I can edit to disable it from spawning as ground traffic!?

Many thanks in advance 🙂

Thanks. That's the video I used to do my initial setup. I was referring to what do I do after "verifying the files?"

There are some errors on the errors section and I was wondering how to fix those errors?

MSFS

I spent hours downloading FPs and updating and this new version of TC show airliners only at the airport.

AIG.jpg

The latest version shows airplanes only at an airport. I went back to last version and it's also showing as above pic.

MSFS

Going thru the AIG install and setup "how to" video just above here, he talks of having to choose an option to 'disable generic traffic'. if this is selected, how is it reversed if for some reason I wanted to remove AIG later?
