The blend is implemented in the sense of C*, but not specifically on 210 kts. I‘ve seen this value multiple times, but still I‘m lacking a reference. Do you have one for that? It would be also good to have some info what pitch rates / load demands an Airbus will achieve in real life...I‘ve heard something about 5°/s on slower speeds, but well, reference is not there and most pilots only can give you a „gut feeling“ if it‘s right.

The 210 are from the link above:
Fly-By-Wire - SKYbrary Aviation Safety

About the other rates, have you seen this document?
FlyByWire (flightzoomer.com)

It mentions a G range from -1.0G to 2.5G. It also has a diagram "stickdeflection&G Load&Pitch vs time". Unfortunately the time axis is not labeled so pitch/s can't be seen!

I think it will end up with scheduling the parameters for different states like speed, config, center of gravity.

I agree that it makes sense to have a sets of factors for these configs.

I‘m doing everything in my free time beside full time job and family...and that stuff takes a lot of time...

Oh, and I forgot to add this: This also applies to me, like you I am so engaged in fun engineering projects (multiple ones, and as the short list of activities is full I had to put some extremely appealing ideas on my long list) at the moment, that I can't stress enough: don't let you put under pressure! This stuff needs to be enjoyable. Progress has to be one step at a time in a pace comfortable for everybody involved.

I certainly appreciate your efforts for the A320 mod.

Anyway we might have a chance to discuss the controller topics bilaterally. What would be the best channel? The discord #fbw channel?

Thank you for the links, they look interesting. I will go through them.

It would be great if you join so we can have discussion. #fbw is fine, we can also have a 1:1 in discord 🙂

I created some images so you get an idea how it looks like at the moment (the core parts, the plots are created from the fdr files in the work folder):

Is there an easy way to see when this FBW version of A32NX mod has been updated? Previously I have been using the FBW automated updater/installer. With this new alternate fly by wire branch I am no longer clear if i have the most current version.

My understanding is that the custom fbw will be integrated into to normal mod once the cfbw is more stable. Until then you need to check the cfbw yourself or just download it again as per @IcemanFBW the cfbw.zip is automatically updated and then contains all the changes

Flew the custom FBW version for the first time today and what a great flight.  Felt more like an Airbus and hand flying was nice and predictable.  Well done!

After passing the first waypoint in the STAR or APP switch to heading mode until you passed the next waypoint, then engage A/P again, when aligned hit LOC / APP

Using the DIR function in the MCDU should work as well. Just select the next waypoint. Did you change the STAR after having passed its first waypoint? If you do this, the AP seems to fly back to the first waypoint of the new STAR. That‘s at least what happened to me. When I select the STAR before I reach the first waypoint it works fine. But this often means that you have to ignore ATC.

ok will try it, usually i put the star in de MCDU before start the fly

Correct this is also what I see. Atc provides arrival information too late with STAR beginning behind you and forcing AP to turn around. I got used to DCT on the FMS to the next WP, too

ps: downloaded the actual cfbw version today and it behaved like the current stable mod 0.4.2, ie after I engaged AP after takeoff the neo went into a right downwards curve. Went back to the previous cfbw mod (approx. 3-4 days old) and same departure went flawless, catching flight plan and track perfectly. @AGuther as I saw that you made some changes today on the cfbw mod
