Hi everybody,

Last year I bought more than half a dozen of sceneries but only 1 aircraft (the PMDG NGXu in december).

I've decided 2 years ago to fly only high end quality aircrafts and my stable currently includes two A2A G/A aircrafts (C172 and Bonanza) and two airliners (PMDG 777 and 737). And I'm quite happy with that on my P3D v4.5 🙂

Next year, if I get bored or want for a bit of change, I might get the Xtreme Prototypes' Learjet.

How about you?

Purchased more aircraft than I thought I would last year, especially after that other sim's release.

I had a preference for aircraft that would operate wholly within any of the large photo scenery areas that I have installed.

A2A's C172, FeelThere E-Jets v3 (after its second update), plus Carenado's ATR-42, ATR-72 and Cessna Citation XL560.

@F737NG How is the E-Jet?

@Simicro I've bought more than I care to admit.  Any aircraft that is not Top tier I have always regretted for the most part.  The ones I fly the most now are the Majestic Q400, FSLabs A319, PMDG NGXu/744, Maddog MD88, and sometimes the tfdi 717.

funny... that's the only one I bought too...

I also bought the 600/700 expansion...

Only the Justflight BAe146. Just love that cute aircraft and it's very nicely done, and very immersive. It's the only aircraft besides the FSlabs A320 I have installed.

I'm the kinda of guy who is lucky enough to sometimes make purchases to support a developer so of the 6 P3D aircraft purchase last year, 2 of them could be considered support purchases. Also purchased 1 MSFS aircraft.

Purchased 2 aircraft modules in DCS.

Purchased 14 airport sceneries for P3D, but 6 of them were to build up a specific flying area. Purchased 1 airport scenery for MSFS. And 1 scenery module for DCS.

Also, purchased 3 pieces of utility software for P3D, RXP GPS, update to SimStarter and another I cant remember.

I bought the A2A b17, Maddog V5, A2A Comanche and FSW Mu2. Zero regrets. 

The last aircraft I bought was the A321 expansion for the FSLabs A32X series.
But it was, as far as I remember, in December 2019, which means I bought... ZERO aircraft last year. Just realised, thanks to this thread. 🤔

The E-Jets are fine after SP2.
FMC programming is acceptable and the aircraft look better than E-Jets v2, both internally and externally.

However, they have some performance issues due to VC texture sizes and incorrect mip-maps (though there is a texture replacement package), are heavy on VRAM in P3Dv5, and there are problems with cockpit lighting (i.e. non-existant).

When they were on sale, I thought they were worth picking up. At full price, definitely not.

The E-Jets in their current state are not for you then. And yes, night lighting is still a mess.
*If* SP3 or similar comes along, take another look.

For anyone else considering them, I'm happy enough with them at the sale price I paid. I recognise where their limitations lie and I try to avoid situations that expose them.

I bought a ton of things last year... so many sales... starting with the Covid-19 sales.

A2A, Aerosoft, Alabeo, Carenado, Flight Replicas, expanded my Orbx collection and also expanded in New Zealand with a few non-orbx airports.

Only the Flight Replicas (Super Cubs) has been a bit of a disapointement.
