More information: This was a last-minute decision, as the community managers were anticipating a release today and only recently found out after being in contact with the web team for several hours. The delay will be addressed in today's development update, which should be up in the next few hours. Not that I'm fussed, I just want it to be ready when it's ready with additional fixes and *NO* new Bugs unlike the last two World Updates. Although it is rather regrettable that they decided to delay this in the last minute without putting the finishing touches in.
