I consistently get 10 to 15 FPS over Park City, Utah. That's not as bad as 3 FPS over 76T but it's still unacceptable.

Some people above were mentioning it's at 1 or 2 places but that's complete bullocks. You can read numerous threads here and elsewhere reporting various locations. I'm not about to waste my time testing different areas to prove it's more than 2 as it's extremely obvious for anyone with a functional brain. It seems the FPS issue does not affect all computers, though it obviously impacts many.

There are other areas, but that one is so easy to find because it sits right on top of an airport, so anyone can easily go to that location and see for themselves, Including in the Asobo folks. . Other problem areas are from  people  flying from one place to he other and all of a sudden their FPS drop way down, so it is much more difficult to find those  exact locations. ,  I use Track IR, and all of a sudden I will notice as I am flying along, that the Track IR starts stuttering. I go to FPS and can easily confirm the drop. 

I think this came in with Patch 1.13  and got more worse with patch 1.14 - but hopefully we get a fast hotfix; i hold back AS CRJ therefore and that realy kicks my mind 😌

It was one or two places with the 4fps drop. A lot of places with the 50% drop. I don‘t remember anyone claiming otherwise.

We all know Bishop now, I myself mentioned it several times. Are there more places where the fps drop that extremely?

Didn't see this answer before, sorry. Can't you read? We made the distinction between two sorts of fps drops: lots of places with 50 % drop. But bob above claimed that there are many places where the fps drops to 4-5. Where?

50% drop in FPS equates to 15 FPS for me which is as equally unacceptable as 3 FPS. If you enjoy 15 FPS or dont have performance issues then I'm very happy for you

Ok. But still  this wasn't the question. I absolutely support your view that 15 fps are terrible. I never claimed otherwise.

Stutter is stutter - Period. Crimplene simply doesn't understand.

So you still don't know any other pkace except Bishop with 4-5 fps?

Ok. Fair enough. I dont know any other areas besides 76T that get 3 FPS. But there are obviously many areas that get a 50% drop and it's not just for a few seconds, it's sustained. If it was a second here or there I wouldnt really care. I was happily running 30+ FPS on ultra for 7 months, until the update.

Of course I do. But stutter is not always the same. When it goes down to 25 for 10 secs it's not that bad. If it goes down to 4 it's terrible. Easy as that.
