Yes like many people, I didn't invent anything and MSFS didn't need me to close the different pages of their forum about these same problems .There were so many comments....I haven't fly for a few days after the last update and I won't fly until this distance radius of trees is fixed. For me It ruins everything so much.

This gives me time to read the classic comments of nostalgic people interested in this new simulator. It's a different pleasure that I don't deny myself. It is true that for some Sunday players that even with these issues MSFS is far better than anything they have known. It's not always reassuring.

It's obvious that players who don't share your point of view are "some Sunday players" because you are the center of the simming world... 🙂

Don't get me wrong, you are absolutely right, of course! Only your wording could be better: People with other views have to be called "Players", while you are a "Professionell Simmer, study level".

If I was at the center of the simming world as you say I won't allow myself anything at all. It is precisely because I am free that I respond to you and to others in the way that suits me.The only reason I react is for those who don't even pay attention to this huge visual difference between the update before and after the update. For me it's still Sunday players, nothing pejorative.

And don't hesitate to show us a photo of your point of view at 1500 feet above a flat fround that will validate all your words.

ASOBO is out of touch with this community. We need a shake down by MS.

MFS is a Microsoft product, not a product distributed by them. Asobo is just a MS sub-contractor. The head of the product is Neuman, a Microsoft employee. Microsoft drives the project. Microsoft sets up priorities (did I hear console at the back of the room ?). Microsoft has decided not to do a decent beta nor quality control on the patches as to save labor resources for the console. The patches are released by Microsoft. Azure is a MS division (re : the outages). In any project, the skill of the workers cannot totally make up for a poor leadership. Yes, there appears the need of a shake down. Guess where ?

Wrong assumption or simply a straw man. I never said that the LOD was huge or something like that. You just assume that because I don't like your strange attitude and because I am not whining "this is the end of the world". I don't think LOD is very good right now, as I wrote several times here and in other threads. But many, if not most, players never experienced a decreased LOD because they didn't use the mod, and many of those people probably have the LOD setting to 100 or so for performance reasons anyway. They still enjoy the program. You don't, obviously, and you try hard to explain to other players that they don't have to enjoy it either. If people still have fun, you denounce them as "sunday players" or declare that they must be blind to not see how terrible everything is. It's your attitude as Professional Simmer, study level, that leads to a toxic environment, because you just can't stand other people's opinions.

What on earth is a professional simmer? It’s just a game.
Unless you’re sitting in an approved sim, it will always be just a game. Just enjoy it!

It is a term started by P3D and X-Plane universes and many apparently forgot that FSX is categorised as a "game" 😄

We are definitely not in the same world.

The MSFS 2020 product dev and support is highly driven by the community feedback unlike previous sim platforms. All channels of communications are established, All we need to do to influence things we need is use those channels with concrete cases  to influence the support and dev outcome.

Do we have a perfect or near perfect product ? of course not. But the willingness and structure to get there seems to be in place.

The investment and support is also huge compared with anything we have seen before.

I don't care about their strategy .It's none of my business. I'm only focused on the result of what I bought and the influence that can have on my next investments.

Not sundays (because then you are a Sunday Gamer!), so I assume it's the usual 9 to 5.
