June 8, 20214 yr At Just Flight. A good price at £10.99. I wasn't expecting this one! https://www.justflight.com/product/dc-designs-pt17-stearman Looks like front or rear seat available. Edited June 8, 20214 yr by bobcat999 Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's. Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

Fly it from the rear, when you add enough weight, the front passenger appears. Currently doing a review of it. Will be up in about two hours. June 8, 20214 yr Looking forward to your review! Intel i-9 13900KF @ 6.0 Ghz, MSI RTX 4090 Suprim Liquid X 24GB, MSI MAG CORELIQUID C360, MSI Z790 A-PRO WIFI, MSI MPG A1000G 1000W, G.SKILL 48Gb@76000 MHz DDR5, MSI SPATIUM M480 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2TB, Windows 11 Pro Ghost Spectre x64 “We sleep safe in our beds because rough men stand ready in the day and night to visit violence on those who would do us harm”.
June 8, 20214 yr Could not resist... The sounds are really really nice... Drooling on ground with playing with throttle in outside view... but me think it needs some subtle tweaking... For me its a little bit too agile on the roll axis and for a taildragger its much to easy to takeoff and land... missing the torque that such a radial would have on the light plane like that... no real rudder dance needed... and brakes are really weak or some more tweaking needed too... I would expect the nose to ground if I stand on the brakes on landing... Overall for that price a no brainer... Beautifully rendered and the sounds crazy good... Cheers T.

June 8, 20214 yr mmmh... pax visible... but only in external view. Did not get it to be shown in internal view. The mentioned magic crew button on the radio doesn't do anything for me. And differential brakes not working. That needs to be fixed for sure...
June 8, 20214 yr Just editing the review, but here's the short version: Roll rate is too high, airframe and prop is not draggy enough when throttled back. Even the modified Model 75s with additional ailerons on the upper wing don't roll like this one does. Cruise power and full throttle for aeros is bang on however. Just enough rudder required to make you fly it on take off without it being an annoying handful in a sim. There is a very minor visual glitch on the exterior model (see my review, don't worry it's not a showstopper). Is it worth having, yup, for the price it is very cool and with some minor tweaks to the roll rate and airframe drag, it will be cool and a lot like the real thing. Sounds are good, textures are good and the manual has some useful tutorial pointers on ded-reckoning navigation. All in all it's very nice for a tenner. June 8, 20214 yr Alan- I’ve spent lots of time in that particular cockpit and the structure and even the wings and empennage looked much thicker than I remember in the preview videos. Has this improved? I will be sure to watch your review (as all your others) when I return from the Salt Mines this evening. Ta- C Best- Carl Avari-Cooper

June 8, 20214 yr Wish this was on the marketplace because that price is super attractive and is sold in my mind, but.. A post elsewhere from a Developer suggested it takes about 3 weeks for a new product to get onto the Marketplace after the application to do so. T45
