August 11, 20214 yr Looks like another retailer dropping P3D products. According to the statement sales have been close to zero and they are focusing on DCS and MSFS. In 2022 they will be offering their products as freeware. They also said they will get back to P3D in the future if things change. FlightSim.Com - IndiaFoxtEcho To End Sales Of Prepar3D Products
August 11, 20214 yr This is not surprising except for the fact that IndiaFoxtrotEcho developed the P3d default F35.
August 11, 20214 yr "In addition, we think that our P3D products are outdated. Therefore, we have decided to cease the sales of our P3D products at the end of August - this leaves about 3 weeks for those wanting to purchase them." Who would buy an "outdated" product....maybe that's the reason for the zero sales....
August 11, 20214 yr Yes I posted on his Facebook page about issues with the payware F35 when installing as an add-in via the xml method. They were things easily fixable but for an addin claiming compatibilty it was just broken. He acknowledged the issues and that's as far as it went and that was in July 2020. I lost interest in his products after that. Cheers Ryzen 5800X clocked to 4.7 Ghz (SMT off), 32 GB ram, Samsung 1 x 1 TB NVMe 970, 2 x 1 TB SSD 850 Pro raided, Asus Tuf 3080Ti P3D 4.5.14, Orbx Global, Vector and more, lotsa planes too. I wouldn't say it was outdated at all to be honest, it's great, one of my faves in that sim in fact because landing what is basically a small twin-engined airliner on a carrier is really good fun. It's a good Air Hauler aeroplane too. Has a brilliant VC, especially at night. Edited August 11, 20214 yr by Chock Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here

August 23, 20214 yr Ahh well, just another developer to add to my 'won't spend another penny on their products' list, even when they do come crawling back to P3D because Microsoft and the Gaming fraternity have grown bored of the new kid. Not that I ever bought any of their 'outdated' products anyway 🙃. Justsim are currently topping my list - moan over.
