From the PMS50 support page for their gtn 750 / 650 mod: The GTN750 is currently not compatible with the WT G1000nxi version since this last provides its own flight plan not synchronized with the sim flight plan. The WT G1000 for the stock version is working well. Since this nxi was a brand new release I thought it might have been addressed? Da62X mod (latest version) + G 1000 NXi: none of the autopilot modes work.
