November 20, 20214 yr Well, this one tricked me to think there was really something WRONG with the flight dynamics in MFS post SU7 so I wanted to share it ... After installing SU7 and purchasing and testing the "Reno Air Races", I went testing around and found that MFS was feeling completely strange / Arcade ! I was tempted to start posting here about how bad it felt .. Glad I didn't ... Actually, in my case SU7 installed an reverted all "ASSISTANCE OPTIONS" to "ALL ASSIST", which results in a truly plastic / arcade feel of the sim. Beware and check your options too, just in case the update did the same to your MFS install. I use "HARD" in them all less "USER EXPERIENCE". Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

Messy programming i can forgive, not picking up on the messy programming before pushing it out the door i cant. I don't blame Asobo entirely either, lots of this is down to Microsofts "we've set a date, get it out" policy which is sadly prevalent in the gaming industry these days amongst publishers, putting developers under too much pressure and thats why we end up with these results. Still, how no one noticed this and also the clouds at the wrong altitude bug is beyond me.

November 20, 20214 yr The point is that after you reset them to your desired settings they revert to Easy mode (randomly).
