Not Ryan but that's the BBJ version. You'll get the standby instruments in this picture by flying the BBJ.

Having watched all of the official PMDG pre-release videos for the MSFS 737, I remember RR talking in the one that covers the PMDG Ops Center that regarding winglets and scimitar winglets, it is certain liveries that have them. In the Ops Center, on the little pictures for each livery it says something like SW in the name of the livery for Scimitar Winglets. I think its PMDG SETUP>AIRCRAFT>OPTION . You'll get like 14 pages of really detailed option. You can select which standby instrument you want. also stuf like the WIFI antena bulge can be selected, or the Test flight rope thing that hangs of the tail.
